Maurices — Local services in Ontario

I buy all my cloths at Maurices. The employees are amazing. Always on task, kind curtious. Always makeing sure you are getting the help you need. Always making me feel like I'm a part of making them happy. What I don't like about Maurices is this, they go through management and employees every year it's a new hire in management or emplyees . To me this gets me thinking if the employees are always keeping the customers happy and the store is always amazing, then why do they go through the help so fast. It makes me not trust corporate. I have to get to know another team member all the time. Maurice's has to be hard to work for is my guess. I've shopped at the Maurice's in Ontario for over 13 years and I have had to switch out getting to know someone else some times 3 times a year. Out of those years they had 2 managers that were that were there for longer.The other thing, I can find better clothes in Nampa Idaho and Boise Idaho why is that? Sometimes I can find something I like and spend money like crazy, or spend money and end up in the other stores outside of my community and wished I shopped there. This has been happening for 5 years. I want to go into my store in Ontario Oregon and find something I can't do with out, not another community store and find it there. I have gone in to my store several times and walked out with nothing because my thinking is this, what I absolutely have got to have is not there, bet I could go to Nampa and find it. Hummm. This used to be my favorite place to shop. I stopped in on 12/13/2022 just before 3pm. There were three ladies behind the counter, but didn't appear that anyone was working. Nobody asked if I needed help. They stood behind the counter gossiping and one made a crude remark about someone other lady being a "Ho ho ho". They were talking down about customers or fellow employees and it was extremely unprofessional.

I used to come in and I would be greeted by everyone in the store and people would offer to help you find things or put outfits together or set you up with a dressing room. I am a disabled asked to use the bathroom, I was told by the clerk ( Marcey)against policy!! I quoted Ally's Law and ADA ORS 659A.413 which is over Policy. She called the Manager, which said I could then stood watching me outside the bathroom in the hall as I heard her talk about me like I was a thief.
