Have always had exceptional service from here and they have always been straight forward. Just went and had my screen repaired with the new asurion screen repair through thier verizon protect plan...been paying for it and honestly thought it was bogus... Didn't have high hopes as I've been through this before with others.... they gave me a time frame that they would be there..... I figured I'd wait until the latest time or they would be late.... He showed up shortly after they said they would arive.... (mind you a 2 hour window. And he was there withing 20 min... was still skeptical...) talked for a min and he seemed very down to earth.... He had my phone screen done within 20 min.... after talking with him and looking through the phone.... #skeptic.... so i looked through phone specs..... he actually replaced my battery and screen. I guess they have a thing going on right now for both and instead of being lazy and taking the fast route out.... he fixed em both! This is what we need in Customer service..... I only got that his name was Aaron from Asurion.... from Ontario Oregon... thank you Aaron. You were great. Please keep up the amazing work. I looked how to leave a review for them and couldn't find it.... I hope this gets to them. Thank you verizon and thank you Aaron...
   Read moreif I could give John in the Ontario store 10 stars I would! This young man spent probably a good 2 hours trying to walk my father through getting a new phone today. As he dealt with my dad in the store, he had me on the phone in Salem trying to walk me through what Dad needed to do, and I, as the acct holder needed to do from my end. He told Dad where to go to find a tech in the area who could possibly save everything from his old phone, he spoke with me on 3 separate calls.... he stayed calm, polite, and KIND which is something lacking in customer service today. FINALLY he and I figured out exactly what needed to be done for Dad. Then my dad left the store before we completed the transaction and went to the tech John had suggested. The tech ended up fixing the old phone. After all that it was just a darn battery. Dad wouldnât let me get him a new phone since the old one was now working.
John didnât get short or snappy when he lost the sale after all the time heâd spent with our situation/family. In fact, he STILL looked into the account and found a way to save me $40 a month! Its service like this that will keep me referring friends and family back into this store! We need a lot more young men like this in sales and customer service! They are lucky...
   Read moreMy son went to purchase a SIM Card for his new to him phone yesterday. He showed the phone to the associate who sold him a SIM Card for $10 telling him it was the correct one. We attempted to activate the phone with Verizon and repeated got the message, "SIM Card Locked". Verizon told us he had been sold the wrong card and ordered a new one mailed to us at no charge. He returned to the store today to return the card along with all packaging and his receipt. The same associate as yesterday told him, "Sorry dude, it's not my problem. All SIM Card sales are final". He tried to get my son to give him the account password so he could activate the already activated phone and I refused to give it up. The associate, who continued to be rude and condescending, then kept the SIM Card and refused to return it or give my son a refund. We will meet with the manager tomorrow and see if we can get this resolved. Perhaps most of their customers just accept this level of...
