The food here is always good. This place has handicap accessibility ♿️., and they offer curbside. However, if you are looking to dine inside a clean, well kept establishment. This is not the place to go. I showed up to eat inside the dining area on Sunday May 15th around 1 pm. Almost every table was dirty. There was no water at the fountain to try and clean a table myself. The fountain itself was disgusting. We are talking old sticky soda spills. Perhaps the staff haven't been trained to keep a dining room and bathroom cleaned because of the Covid. In the 30 minutes I was there, not one person came out to check on anything. I did watch a customer look at a dirty table, and she grabbed some napkins and tried to clean it herself. I like it and every time I go I have very nice experiences, I like its varied menu, its friendly staff, the area is always clean, On one of my trips I had a very nice experience, I arrived and it was very late at night I bought chicken Just to have something to eat that night, the staff told me to be careful, there will be a lot of snow and if it crosses the Reno from CA before 7am. They advised me to leave very early because a lot of snow would fall, I did and we were indeed trapped in the middle of so much snow and moving forward little by little. What I want to tell you is that my order had more chicken, bread, vegetables, mash potatoes, I was so surprised that I cried, thanks to the staff of this place my family and I were not hungry and it was a very nice...

I was in Crickit to pay my phone bill with cash since I didn't have time to get to the bank. I had my face shield on instead of a face mask because of my health issue which makes it to so I can't wear a mask. The two men in their kicked me out because I didn't have a mask on even after I explained my medical condition. They wouldn't even take the paper I had my phone number on or my cash to make my payment. They just kept saying you have to pay on line even when they already knew I couldn't because the bank was closed and it was the weekend. I received the worst customer service that I have ever had in my life and I'm 52 yrs old! I will never recommend the Crickit store in Ontario...
