The Panda Express in Ontario, OR does not even deserve a star. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to my family and both times it was CYNTHIA G that was working the drive thru. The 1st time is was me and my 14 year old daughter. She was rude from start to finish. She was extremely impatient and rushed us through our order. When we got our food I noticed that we didn't have any of our sauces and when I asked her again for them she was snotty and mumbled something under her breath. It's like I was asking her to go out of her way to get me something extra when in fact the teriyaki chicken is supposed to come with the teriyaki sauce. I also asked for a root beer with no ice. When she handed me the drink it had ice. I asked her to fix it and it came back to me without ice but the wrong soda and all the sodas were messy with soda all over the outside of the cups. I started to ask her again to fix the soda but she slammed the window shut as I was talking. At that point I simply gave up and went home. I was frustrated but I chalked it up to everybody has a bad day. Then tonight happened. I sent my girls to the drive thru to get our family's dinner. Again, Cynthia was working the drive thru and they came home saying that they never wanted to go back there. Just like before Cynthia was super impatient and rude. At one point my daughter wanted to change one of the sides from rice to noodles and Cynthia responded by saying "I already put the rice so I can't change it now." When my girls got to the window to pay Cynthia she was still being really impatient and so my daughter in a hurry handed her the money that my wife had sent her with which happened to be $22.00. The bill came to $19.20 but instead of giving my daughter the extra money back she only got the .80 cents back. What happened to the extra 2 bucks? By the time my girls got home they were in tears and said that they never wanted to go back there. And once again, I had two orders of teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce. It is inexcusable, unacceptable and most off embarrassing for the General Manager and the franchise owner to have someone like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made an order with DoorDash that was supposed to be delivered to my work for my lunch break at 5:00 p.m. I guess there was a technical problem because the store got my order at 2:20 p.m. they made my food and then let it sit for 2 and 1/2 hours before my dasher picked it up and brought it to me. When I noticed that my food was soggy and cold, I called the store. They don't know what the meaning of the word manager is, as I asked for one and they kept giving me a runaround about who they were going to put on the phone. After being put on hold for a good 5 minutes I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me and that it was doordash's fault. When I pointed out that it may have been tornash's fault to send the order to early, they still allowed food that had been sitting out of the warmer for two and a half hours to leave the store with a delivery driver instead of replacing it with fresh food. To which she told me that I could bring her the food and she would replace it for me, but I had to have the food with me. I told her that I was at work for the rest of the night and would be off by the time she closed. She responded with "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do for you" part of my order with shrimp. I now have cold soggy shrimp that is sat on a counter for 2 1/2 hours. Maybe the Oregon health department should go check them out. Because obviously seafood left at room temperature for hours is...

My husband called to let them know they messed up his order, and was confused on why he was the only one in line to get food, then they parked him for 15 MINUTES... while cars started to come in thru the drive threw, everyone else was receiving their orders fast. I remind you he ordered two plates.. not worth a 15 minute wait, then once he got home, he was missing a part of his order, he called and the gal he spoke to, first told him she can't do a refjnd!!??? And wanted us to either take the food or leave it there but refused out refund, she told him the manager didn't want to talk to him, and continued to be nasty towards him, after he asked if he could go back later to get then she refused and hung up on him. The disrespect we were served tonight with her was pure disgusting, hateful, and straight out of line and SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED!!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED, never in the years we have been coming to panda express.. this was the first time we have ever been disrespected, and treated the way we were, this will go higher up!
