I want to preface this review by saying that the employees at the front counter were very kind and tried to help me with my issue. They are not at fault whatsoever. This review is less me ranting about my frustration, but more like it is meant to be taken as constructive criticism. I want this place to do better. I placed an order on the app for a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread at 5:48 PM. I get there a couple minutes after the estimated time for pick up which was 6:13 PM, I was informed that it was almost ready. It wasn’t until around 6:35 PM that I finally received my order. This pizza did not look appetizing. The pepperoni side seems to have much more sauce (or is it grease) than cheese, and it’s a bit burnt too. The cheese side was supposed to have extra cheese, but it does not have the same amount as pizzas (w/ extra cheese) that I’ve gotten on from previous instances. It also has some pepperoni on the cheese side as well. Normally I wouldn’t mind that, but considering the amount of time it took, it doesn’t really help my impression of it. I came back to see if I could exchange for an already made ExtraMostBestest whole pepperoni (since they’re the same price as this custom pizza) but none were ready. My options left were to wait for a new pizza to be made, see about getting the Classic variety and get a dollar back or just a full refund. Unfortunately, all those options would take more of my time since the Manager was currently busy (which I understand, the place did have a considerable number of customers at the time). After waiting so long I didn’t want to wait anymore so I just took the poorly made pizza and left. I want to reiterate that the employee (I did not get his name) at the front was trying to help me and I very much appreciate him for that. This review is meant for those in the kitchen. Please prepare orders quicker. It shouldn’t take 40+ minutes for one single pizza, even custom-made. Please work on presentation. I know these are cheap pizzas, but customers still want pizzas that look at least a bit appetizing. Even if it’s not such a big deal, it can become one if you get a customer who is not as patient as I am. I don’t want the employees at the front getting borderline harassed by angry customers because of the mistakes of those in the back. Please don’t be lax on special requests customers make for their pizzas, like half one topping half another. I’m not particularly picky about the half and half issue, but some other customers may be and I don’t want the employees working the front counter to have to deal with that. I sincerely hope that my review has a positive impact on the performance of those making the pizzas. For those up front, keep it up. You’re doing great. Crazy bread came out really good by the way.

Read moreI’m sorry little caesar’s, but this time around was ass. I ordered online, just so I can walk in and open the pizza portal and get out of there, cause I know it’s busy on Friday nights. I got a notification that it was ready at 8:30, which would be normal, since I ordered it at 8:06, so I went to the restaurant, it was packed out as always on a Friday night, and I went over to the portal, typed in my code because I saw my name, it opened the door, and there was no pizza in there 😂😂
I’ve been at food business, I understand mistakes happen, and things like this is expected to happen, so no big deal, I wait in line and talk to the girl at the front, she says that they don’t get started on it because they lost it, and it should only take 10 to 15 minutes, so I went out and waited in my car for 30, just to give them some extra time, came back in at 9:30, waited in line for another substantial amount of time, until the sweet girl at the front called me over to serve me, now the lady I was helped out by before had left, so I had to explain my situation, and then, she spends like five minutes in the back, because it was lost again, and then shows up with my pizza.
Then I get home, anxious just to eat, because it had been a while since I ordered it, and since I was already ready to be disappointed, when I took a slice out and looked at the bottom, it could’ve spent some more time in the oven, well what can you expect, it’s little Caesars...
Read moreI placed an order online for my employees at work. Went to pick it up and left, when I got back to work I realized it was the wrong order they gave me. I called and they said I can come BACK and get my order… this was not going to work because I’d be late coming back from lunch and not only that my employees wouldn’t be able to eat for their lunch when this wasn’t their fault and they planned for pizza. So the lady said I can come back any day and pick up my pizza and keep the wrong order today. Well that also sucks for the other person who did order the pizza I had and they are also out of the pizza they ordered! So a few days go by,(today) I call and placed on hold, t which is fine I understand, but after 7 mins or so someone picked up the line then hung up. So I called back and no one answered. So I tried maybe 15 mins later and called again, the phone rang and I was waiting around 5 mins and someone picked up and hung up again!
