Husband purchased a small packet of Wild Boar jerky. 3 minutes later, concerned about trichinela, asked for exchange. Owner said he couldn't due to food safety rules. The bag was sealed, in the purchase bag. His prices AND tip jar for prepackaged jerkyshpuld have been the first clue, but there is no sign that states this. He tells me it's not really wild boar.
