I took my phone in to have the screen fixed and after receiving my phone back the camera shook when taking pictures and the speakerphone did not work. I brought it back in to the store and they took the screen off to attempt to fix the problems. He gave me the phone back and while I was in the store I checked the camera and the speakerphone and it still did not work. I told him that I brought the phone in with a crack and they returned it with multiple problems and he told me it was most likely a defect in the phone and to call apple he couldn't do anything else. When I talked to apple the first thing he asked me was if I had my screen replaced my a non-apple retailer. I told him yes and he said the issue is most likely from the screen repair. I'm so upset as the speaker and my camera are the main use of my phone. I spent $164 to have my screen replaced and now will have to spend more to get it corrected. Very upset with the store and their response...

I have bought several screen protectors from this place and this time they sold me the wrong one that is supposed to fit an iPhone 7 doesn’t even fit right did not offer to put it on for me and charged me 20$. I call them they say they will talk to the manager. When I get ther he said there is nothing we can do when you put it on your phone. I said okay well let me talk to the manager I have been a regular in this place for a while maybe I can talk some since into them. He proceeds to call the manager Christian and he cusses him employee out for calling him back tell him to deal with it. I will never shop at this store ever again and I will make sure everyone I know does...

I took my iPhone 7 Plus in for a screen replacement yesterday at 1:00pm. Within 30 minutes it was fixed for $99. By 4:00pm last night my screen starting cracking from the side. I had not dropped it or anything. By this morning there are spiderweb cracks all across the top of my phone. So I took it back to them as soon as they opened. They said it was not their problem. My screen is worse now than before I took it in for repairs and I have done nothing to it. The touch is also not working properly. Terrible customer service. And they do NOT stand behind their repairs. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to fix...
