We are on our first trip to Orange Beach, ever. Yesterday we stopped in to grab wall anchors and a screwdriver. 🪛 Then I grabbed a pair of flip flops. It was a great experience. The same woman who directed us to the repair items yesterday, and was nice enough then, was working the counter when I went to return the flip flops today. We didn’t know that they close at 6pm and arrived at 5:55pm. Well, she was about as nasty as you can imagine today. Quite the opposite of what we have experienced on our trip. Otherwise, it's convenient for Orange Beach denizens. They have a wide selection of same or similar items you find in the big box chains 25 minutes away. Prices are about 10% higher. Read moreWe own a condo in Orange Beach. We have shopped there consistently since we moved her a year ago. Today my wife went to return a caulk gun which we bought there and never used. The lady working the register (named Micky) was extremely rude to my wife. She accused her of returning a caulk gun that was used. That was simply not the case and we were insulted. Ace just lost a good customer over a caulk gun that cost 12.99. After some persistent and embarrassing comments to my wife, she took the product back.
