The condo was beautiful and well furnished. There were lots of shops and restaurants to walk to BUT on the first day we saw bugs and didn't report it because we just figured everywhere has "some" bugs. By the next morning we realized there were TONS of roaches everywhere even in the ice maker. We had to throw away drinks and some food due to roaches. We had to constantly wipe down the counters and clean before we ate in case roaches had crawled on it. We had to be extra diligent to not leave any food out. We are not messy so we would not leave a mess but with kids they tend to leave a drink sitting around or a chip bag open but we had to make sure we didnt leave anything out. We notified management after our first night and they did send someone to spray but offered only $100 for a refund because they said we didn't report it soon enough, despite notifying them the morning after we arrived. We then had to constantly sweep up dead roaches and had live roaches still crawling around until the day we left. I never leave reviews but felt like anyone staying there needs to be aware if you see a roach report it...

Our condo was beautiful and well furnished. If you are going to relax this is the LAST place you should stay. Quiet hours are from 8:00-10:00 however that’s a joke. It’s not the other guest ITS THE RESORT! They had a fishing kickoff party that was so loud our windows ratted on a Wednesday night till11:00 pm!. To make it even better they had a weigh in the following Friday AM starting with a loud announcement and music at 6:45 am!!!! We were on 5th floor and could hear every word. So no sleeping till 8:00 on vacation. So why set quite hours if the resort could care less? Why couldn’t activities start at 8:00? What about families with small children? Ridiculous waste of valuable vacation...

If you like cockroaches, broken AC units and management giving you the wrong codes to get into your room then this is the place for you...
