TERRIBLE! 1st off customer service in store is terrible and the manager Bill was very unprofessional, unapologetic, disregarding, & dismissive! I will NEVER spend another dime in that store again, & I warn you guys about this location in orange city! We ordered a rug & was told it would be delivered the following Thursday. Fast forward to Wednesday I recieved a call from Chelsea stating that the item had arrived and was ready for pick up. My husband drove 15miles to pick it up only to be told it wasn't there. No explanation, no apology. So I then called and asked for a Manager & instead they gave me Chelsea who explained she gave me wrong info about the delivery b/c she was up late with her son, she then apologized and said they would call tomorrow when it arrives. Fast forward to today Friday I still have yet to recieve a call so I go there & ask for the manager & the two sitting employees said Bill is in the back. After I go searching different doors in the back of the store, I find Bill & explain the situation. He then told me he didn't have to call me to tell me my item was there b/c they told me it would be there Thursday, despite the fact that I was misinformed earlier in the week. He was rude, dismissive and slammed the paperwork on the desk. Again, never offered an apology or any form of courtesy for the mix up. Read moreAt the end of June we placed an order for approximately $3900. We paid $700 in cash on the spot, and remainder we paid off in full, via credit card. Once it was time for furniture delivery, we experienced at least 3 delays. Original date was for a July delivery which was pushed up to an Aug 1st delivery. That delivery we only received partial delivery and had to wait until Aug 8th for the remainder. With that said, the remaining order was wrong, being delivered a full bed set for a queen sized bedframe, and it turned into all all day event. Each time, I, the customer reached out to the store manager Bill. He at 1st seemed apologetic, but he then turned to, it wasn't his fault, it was due to the pandemic. With that said, after many delays we were still unable to receive the original dining option we paid for. Bill was unable to substitute it for another option. When asked if we could simply receive an additional 5% discount for the inconvenience, of now having to secure a new dining option, plus all the original delays in our orders, we were declined. We were told you only get the credit for your original dining option. I stated I was unhappy and felt it may be necessary to file a complaint against that store's management and Bill, the manager's response was, that is your right as an American. Customer service is definitely lacking at this store by management. BBB was contacted but doesn't handle these sort of complaints. Truly a disheartening experience. I would not recommend...
Read moreOne of my best thing at Farmers Furniture is dealing with a very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant Sales Consultant, Sabrina Hampton. I’ve been dealing with her for about five years and she makes shopping so much easier. Thank you Ms. Hampton. However, I would say I was there recently and found out , there’s no more Delivery 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. This is terrible and will force me to shop at other furniture stores. That’s why I gave a low score, if Farmers Furniture wants to keep customers, they need to find a way to accommodate customers with delivery services again . 👍🏼
It’s me again, today 4/4/2025, I went to pick up my Sofa couch which was quite heavy. Thank goodness for the Sales people: Ms. Santina and Mr. Anil, along with Mr. Kennon who unfortunately had the tedious job of putting that 300 + lb sofa bed on my truck. A heartfelt thank you to all of you. If you all hadn’t step in and put that couch on my truck, because I had absolutely no one to help me, I would have cancelled the sale. You all saved the day and most importantly, saved that Sale for, Farmers Furniture Store. The store need workers to do Deliveries. Again, thank you; Ms. Santina; Mr. Anil and Mr. Kennon.
