I went in and i had my wild children with me. I went to check out and i was .11 cents short so i asked the gal Jesse i think if she had 11 cents or do i need to go and grab it from my car. She said she didn't which is fine. So at this point i brought my children out to grab the change and we pulled the vehicle up buy the door son i could send my almost 10 year old daughter in with 11 cents and to grab my things since there was no-one in line. My daughter came back out after a moment and informed me that the cashier said i still owed her 26 cents. So #1 i counted it to her and she said nothing about being 37 cents short when i asked if she had the remaining 11 cents. #2 i know these are different times than most of us remember, however, that cashier absolutely saw me struggling to make sure my kids weren't touching everything and causing a raucous. So my to make someone and their child go in and out of the store 3 times over what was originally said to be 11 cents is ridiculous to me. But i digress. I still love the store and of all the years I've been going there its the first frustrating experience I've had. I have kidney stones as well so i certainly wanted to get out of there so i could head back to the house to use the bathroom. Because if i am at home i can be in the bathroom by myself. If I'm there i can't because having 3 children all under the age of 10 , it would be frowned upon I'm sure to let them run amuck through your store while i pass a kidney stone. And maybe most customers wouldn't care to hear...
Read moreI was just here and looking for a Bauer angle grinder and 4.5 inch continuous rim diamond blade. I found the grinder quickly but walked up and down the aisle looking for the blade without luck. A male associate stopped to ask if the gentleman next to me needed help but said nothing to me. A young lady in the next aisle said hello but didn't ask if she could help either. When I went to pay for the grinder, EJ at the register reached out over his ear piece to have someone bring the blade I needed to the front. He made up for the prior 2 people who made no effort to help. He had a line 10 people long but still provided great service. All while moving everyone through the line, he even helped another lady who was looking for an animal trap. It amazes me that the other 2 people weren't juggling other tasks and couldn't be bothered but EJ was managing multiple things , got me what I needed without telling me I had to go searching again, and kept his cool. Thank you so much to this young man and the gentleman who walked up the blade...
