Update: I have changed my review from 5 to 2 stars. The team was still great, but the service was not. I have been unable to use my over-the-stove fan since they installed it. I had a working fan. They installed an outlet for the new one. I thought everything was great till I went to use the microwave. Worked for a couple of seconds, then shut off. Had an LG tech come out. found out it wasn't receiving enough power. A-Z install's installer suggested that when they came out, I had a line that had reduced voltage. The fan that was originally in there required the same voltage as the new microwave. I was charged for an outlet that doesn't work. Now I am stuck bringing in an electrician to fix what they messed up, because it must be my problem since they have a picture of the microwave running. A picture like that can be faked. you need an actual video to prove it was running. That was 5 months ago. I tried working with them to resolve the issue or at least get some money back. Nothing but blaming me that it was my issue. I was looking forward to using my new microwave, but they just left me with another project I have...

I’m a licensed Master Plumber. The kitchen remodeling company I used sent A-Z to install our appliances and I’ve never dealt with a more difficult company. They showed up twice only to leave after saying none of the plumbing to the refrigerator’s ice maker and the dishwasher was installed properly. They were dead wrong. They just don’t know anything other than what they know which is to use cheap handyman grade materials to make their water, drain, and electrical connections. This all happened when they were alone with my wife. On the 3rd attempt, I left work early to meet with them. They were 5 hours late. It was 6 PM. There were two guys. There was lots of head shaking. Lots of calling someone to get authorization or something and lots of stalling designed to make you give them money to get them to stay and do their jobs. Fast forward about 4 hours and they left the plastic protective sheeting on my range hood, didn’t remove the packing materials from my wall ovens, didn’t level my refrigerator (now the door swings closed when you’re trying to put things into it), and were just a couple of miserable people who stayed in my home until nearly midnight.
