I usually come here because of its location, affordable price, and attractive assortment of products. Today, however, I reconsidered coming back because of this cashier's horrible service. I paid through the app as the line was long and their app checkout makes it easy to get your stuff and go. But I still had to make the line because their GO kiosk wasn't working properly and had no bags. Once it was my turn, this lady tried to scan my stuff but I told her I already paid and showed her the QR code the app gave me as proof of payment. Seemed she didn't know that the store had an app where you could also pay. She treated me as if I was making it up and was stealing the stuff I had in my basket, and even asked the cashier next to her to watch my stuff so she could go ask what to do. After coming back, she yelled at me for their machine's inability to read what the app was showing me and that I was the one who was yelling at her. She said she'd get the manager but not before repeating I hadn't paid. The manager, a sweet lady, came in and talked to me. She even stopped the cashier from talking as she kept on giving horrible attitude. Once I showed her the charge in my bank account and a receipt which showed a little after in my email, the manager bagged my stuff and apologized.
Aside from that nasty service with that cashier, the store needs to restock some more as some shelves are empty behind. Anyway, what a way to treat someone on...

Did you really terminate one of your best employees for helping someone out paying for a 25 cents bag for them after that person spent their money purchasing from your establishment. Thatâs the kind of person you want in your place of business. One that notices the line reaching a certain capacity and immediately proceeds to open a register to reduce the line .Should she have watch them stumble out trying to carry his products . There are customers like myself who also leave change for those occasions as well. .Your new team has one register open ,and everyone else is wandering around strutting like theyâre at the ball . While people walk out with their unpaid items because theyâve been on line for 45 minutes unreasonably.You need to bring her back ,raise her salary , and celebrate your dedicated workers that cater to your customerâs needs as they should .
