Okay so 1) They don't answer phones. I called multiple times to get an idea of pricing and the phone rings and hangs up. 2) I go in, there are two Hispanic girls. I was greeted with a "hi how are you?" Which is great, thanks for asking, but was not followed up by "is there anything I can help you with?" I was told the service depends on the customer lol but if you're in customer service you should always ask at least once and let the customer decide if they want help or not. Not you decide that. So I said are you going to ask if I need help or should I help myself? The girl at the front was begging and there was a 2nd girl in the back. The 2nd girl comes up, helps me with some options, I'm asking questions, she's providing answers. Great. I pick my flower. 3) After getting my product, I asked for a restroom, and realized she didn't give me a reciept. The girl who helped said there are no receipts. Um... excuse me? The flower I purchased was $10 for 1.2 grams, the cherry blossom or something like that, and she charged me $13.15. Thats about 31% tax lol wtf. I gotta call the bank and get my $3.15 back and I don't think I'll be back. I would call the store but they don't answer the phone so... they can fight with the bank cause I'm not driving back there.
