George's Barber Shop (Unisex) Nails Salón — Local services in Orange

I came to the shop since it was highly rated. Called ahead told it was an HR wait that fine. Called in an HR and they were ready for me. I got my cut by George who is presumably the shop owner It definitely has a community vibe which is nice.

After I got there it got busy. Two more barbers came in which helped. A regular came in after and was complaining about having to go to his second job. And pressured my barber multiple times. My barber felt the pressure and rushed. He didn't even finished the detail work he was doing. The design is not exactly the same although the outline was still there. It's close enough, but I did have a photoshoot in two days. Willing to give it a second chance as all the barbers were wearing a mask.

Honestly was between a 1 star and 2 star. This man did me absolutely dirty. Never plan on going there again, I don't know if the guy was in a rush or not but I had an incomplete haircut when he finished up I asked if he was done and he said I was shook never had a haircut look like that. I started asking for changes and he would pretend to do something but it would look the same after a while I got tired decide to get it fixed somewhere else. Man did not blend the fade on the sides at all, it looks like he left the guide lines in. Took way too much off the top and didn't follow the curve or my instructions. This shop is nice for kids cuz these difference won't matter but I need a better spot...

I had high expectations for this barbershop because some friends of mine had recomend it. So I sent my boyfriend to get his haircut there. Sadly enough he had a bad experience. The owner George was rude and impatient with him. My boyfriend didn't want to get a very short haircut so he asked not to take too much. Later on when he said that he wanted a little more taking off. He was rudely replay...but u didn't want it to cut to much.!! For a first time experience at this place, i think that was very bad customer service. Im very disappointed. Not sure if this always happens but improving customer service will be my suggestion. Needles to say I wont recomend...
