Had a great shopping experience: all information, no pressure. The owner delivered our mattress personally on his lunch break.

When we unrolled the mattress it didn't inflate properly. The owner came back the next day to confirm and immediately agreed that the mattress was defective. He spoke with the factory and they wouldn't have another of the same mattress ready for a month, so he got us a free upgrade and threw in a mattress protector for the hassle. Came back a day later and removed the defective mattress and set up the new one. Stuck around long enough to see that it was inflating properly too.

Excellent experience working with Hibernation Mattress. We were served by the owner John Steving. He spent time showing us the best options for us and also gave us a great deal on one of their store branded mattresses. He also customized the mattress which was made to order for us.
