A cute place with great, friendly service. Went for lunch Pros: parking is plentiful Service was relaxed and friendly the Cashew Chicken salad was yummy It is made with a homemade chicken salad and not sliced chicken breast. The open faced Chicken Meltie with a side salad was also super delicious! Every thing was very fresh the restaurant was neat and clean.
Cons: The printed menus do not match the on-line menu.different items/prices Plastic silverware was a HUGE turn off, mostly because it was very difficult to eat the open faced Chicken Melte with a plastic fork and plastic knife. - not to mention the waste in our landfills. They did use Correl type bowls and plates and not paper plates. *. Another turn off for us was that there are Only sodas and drinks in bottles or cans.(except Ice tea and maybe (?) lemonade. No soda dispensers for getting your own ice/drinks. I like to mix extra soda water in my coke or root beer. I was never served the âwarm dinner rollâ. That the menu estates comes with my salad. Guess thatâs for dinner only?!! Several (3) dressings listed on the menu were unavailable. There were other options, but not the two that would have been my first and second choice
I will try it again, but only takeout so I can use real silverware to make I easier to eat, and with no drink! I will also ask about the dinner...
Read moreI came for the first time today. I can't believe this place has been here around 40 years! Looking for a place to eat lunch near my work that was healthy, I searched healthy foods on my Google maps and Greenery Natural Kitchen showed up. I had the Neat-o-Burrito it came with soup or salad do I had the lentil and vegetable soup. Both were good. I like the fact that the soup wasn't over salty and that I wasn't tempted to pour hot sauce over my burrito for more flavor. It appears that this place has a steady flow of regular customers coming in. I did not find anything 'shocking' about the place at all. It has an antique decor and is very clean. The main things I appreciate here is that its clean and they have good healthy choices. I...
Read moreLove the salads from this place, unfortunately I can't come as often as I used to, I now live in Hemet, but when I'm in the OC I try go by, having said that I'm disappointed of the changes, money and food wise. I understand the COVID side but WHY you do away w/the refills is another story, I believe it's called GREED period! USED to get 2 pieces of bread, now 1, refills were $1+ NOW it's full price... PATHETIC!
...UPDATE...my response to the owner's response, you raised the prices, understandable, BUT to add insult you took away the quantity! If you you're going to do that then just raise the prices AND keep...
