DONT come to this salon, this infection happened after I got my manicure done there. Itās gross and I had to see a doc to prescribe me antibiotics. Im very very disappointment with how they reacted to this. I got my manicure done and this infection kept worsening by day. I had to go my doctor cause the swelling and pain were unbearable and the green spots were increasing. My doc put me on antibiotics to heal it. I call the salon to let them know, the lady that answered doesnāt even apologize she tells me they clean their tools as I was explaining to her the cuticle was cut too deep so it broke the barrier and caused this infection. She doesnāt offer any type of compensation and not even apology. She proceeds to tell me if I needed a refund or a free manicure I need to present them with a docs note. And I can come in so they can give me a treatment but I already told her I went to my doc for treatment cause infection is going far and im not expecting a nail-salon to treat this better than doc. Iāve been coming to this salon for years and usually see my regular nail tech, whoās fantasticābut sheās currently on vacation. While the staff is friendly and the salon itself is beautiful, the quality of work really varies from one tech to another. Finding a skilled pedicure tech seems especially difficult. They often try to upsell pedicure packages, but itās hard to see the value when the results donāt reflect the price.
I donāt want to call anyone out by name, but it seems like several techs could benefit from retraining. My last visit was especially disappointingāI was assigned to a new employee who insisted it was ānormalā for my dip nails to crack after each layer. Needless to say, Iām not sure Iāll...

When I arrived they told me they can't find my reservation and they can only do my manicure they don't have time to do my pedicure. I was nice enough and said that it was okay. I walked in and my friends and I wanted to sit together. There was so many open slots on their chairs but they refused and started giving us attitude. When we asked them to treat us nicely since they are the ones who messed up the appointment in the first place the girl at the front told us that "the girls don't want to do your nails anymore" and walked away. I AM SHOCKED!!! I was speechless and walked away. Tried talking to the owner she was useless and said she can't so anything. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT GO THERE....
