I love this place. And what an appropriate name, "Sweet Escape"! I came here on a rainy Saturday, and was immediately transported to a happy, magical state. What a festival of sensations -- from tastes, colors, textures -- every detail was clearly well thought of to elevate your present moment.

The HOMEMADE Dulce de Leche Gelato was to die for! It took me straight back to South America! The lattes were well crafted, and the pastries were clearly home made and, most importantly, made with love.

I hosted my daughter's 9th birthday party today, and WOW!!! Let me start by saying that the place is gorgeous. The decorations, the booths, and the atmosphere is perfect for an event or just to go for a sweet treat. The owner hosted the party and he was super helpful, professional, flexible, caring and very understanding. Thanks to him my daughter had the best time of her life with her friends and family. I recently stopped into My Sweet Escape and was really impressed with the coffee quality and the new ownership! The new owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I had an iced Americano black, and it was fantastic—smooth, rich, and clearly made with high-quality beans. This shop has changed hands a few times, but the coffee has never been this good.
