I bought a bed for my son last year as birthday gift and after two months the bed got broke due the week materials, I spoke with the owner I show him pictures, but he did not solved the problem, he said there is not warranty, he just gave me a couple of woods and told me to fix it by myself. I use Synchrony home to pay, I started a claim against the store and they are working on it. If you buy something make sure and ask them if there is any warranty, is not possible to be answered that way if the furniture is bad quality and got broke. Very disappointed with the store owner, I always bough stuff there but never again.
Update: As I can see the owner of this place respond to my review and of course he lied to protect his reputation, well, I invite everyone to come and visit his store in order to have a spectacular experience with this owner who smile to you and when he needs to take responsibility for a bad quality product he lies and blame you as a customer, let me tell you Mr. Zaki's, Synchrony decline my claim just because they fail in contacting me so I started a new claim and if this step is negative again then I will file a complaint in customers affairs or suit your store.
