Rainbow Shops — Local services in Orange

They have a wide variety which is particularly why I like to go to this rainbow location if you need to pick up something very quick and in a hurry, you can usually find it here but the problem is there’s only ever one cashier and the line wait is longer than the shopping experience! I mean on numerous occasions I have gone in here, and had to just set my items down. You cannot leave your children in the car to just run in here. It doesn’t matter if you’re just grabbing a necklace or a pair of earrings or just a cheap pair of slides you are going to be in line for 25 minutes.! I have also been in this location when customers have started to cuss at the cashiers ! It’s crazy the wait time management really needs to step your game up and schedule better. Do some more recruiting to get some more staff because you guys are losing good business. I don’t come in there and spend a little bit of money. please improve the experience for the customers I went in last night, not only was there no one to check your bags at the door, which I don’t particularly care about because I don’t come from an environment where they need to do that.! Well let me just say the rainbow store located on main street orange new jersey is going to run to out of business if they don't change the current employees, they have no discipline whatsoever. What a joke this particular store located in Orange is. A few months back my friend and I was shopping in the store and the sales person told us to hurry up because they were about to close. The joke is that they close at 8pm and it was only 725pm. The head cashier said they want us out so they can clean up and be out the door by 8pm😳. If the store closes at 8pm that does not mean the associates leave at 8pm that means the customers should be out the store by 8pm. They really put us out!!! What a disaster. My friend...
