This is more of a message to management but also to share with the community my experience.
I visited the oregon location twice and both times it took 15-20 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee.
Both times I got through the line pretty quickly, but by the time i got to roughly the 3 or 4th car in line there would be a hold up by the person handing out drinks. Being able to see this person not handle the situation very well is what made it worse and to just watch her struggle with at least 6 other staff members around is what got me frustrated
It doesnt sound like much really. But it is the little things that will keep me and others like me who value the "fast" part of "fast and friendly service" from coming back.
This location is new and I give grace to those who are still learning though, I would just stress to management to focus on training staff members how to navigate issues with better teamwork. With the focus of a faster service. They have the friendly part down just fine!
