I’ve never been more pissed off in my life. I ALWAYS go to this Culver’s on a regular. This particular time I decided to order off Uber eats. My food was picked up and I didn’t receive it until an entire hour later. First I contacted Uber and they refused to refund or reorder my food for me. So, I called Culver’s to tell them the situation to see if they would be willing to fix my food if I brought it back up there myself with the receipt and all of the food. And they refused to help. I just figured that customer service should’ve played a part in this. I understand it’s going through a 3rd party, and it was “okay” when it left the building, but where are the ethics? After that I’ll definitely take the extra trip to a farther Culver’s or just not even go back . Food is way too expensive to not be willing to fix a problem, in today’s economy. Read moreMy first visit and I was pretty disappointed and I don't agree with all the hype. I purchased a highly recommended cod dinner (and paid an upcharge for onion rings) from the drive thru. Drive-thru staff was very nice. When I got home I discovered the fish was so overcooked it was chewy. I called the restaurant back and took the two pieces to exchange for fresh and hopefully not overcooked. While the second batch of fish was a little better it was still very dark and had a funny aftertaste like old cooking oil. The fries were almost tasteless. The onion rings were pretty good but again, that funny aftertaste of old oil. The tartar sauce was ...meh. The drive-thru staff was very nice as I mentioned but in my opinion front-of-house needs work. Read more1st time going. It was packed and taking longer than I'd like to receive our order. On top of that, by the time we walked across the lot and back to our car, ALMOST WAITING TILL WE GOT HOME TO EAT...we find out the order was made wrong, and missing items. Upon return, and some back and forth with the server, the manager took over and de escalated the situation, re-made our order fresh and correctly, joked with us and others up front while working to get ours, and other's orders out, and gave us extra free sides and dessert for the mix up! He turned, what could've gotten ugly, (hungry ppl, packed place, food coming out slow and wrong, attitudes), into a great ending. Excellent customer service from the manager.
