We stayed overnight, just one night. I can only speak to the room and general property. We stayed in the Queen Suite, good size for the price and plenty of room. Our only concern was the water near the refrigerator. But fortunately we brought flip flops. The property was pretty clean and staff was ok. The property is close to Navarre which is helpful and compared to the other hotels, this was our best option for the room size. Edit. I think the property was renovated. The furniture looked newer but wish I had known about the room deposit. The person at the front desk claimed to call me but it never happened. Edit2: I originally gave this place 4 stars now I'm taking away a star. I would take 2 away but let's see what happens next time. (1) The coffee maker in the room was gross 🤢 looked like it was never cleaned. (2) During breakfast only spoons were available... What?? (3) The whirlpool only reached the jets which are closer to the ground, (4) don't bother requesting late check out because even if it's confirmed by the front desk, housekeeping will still knock on your door to wake you up. Here's the positives the front desk staff was pretty friendly, the location is convenient and the other room amenities were nice.

This hotel is currently under going renovations. The lobby and hallways show signs of being midway complete. Stayed for 1 night on a Tuesday and didn't experience any construction noises as I have with other hotels being worked on. Breakfast is grab-n-go most likely due to the renovation work. Some others have commented the staff appear to be rude. I only had a conversation with a male working the night shift. He informed us he's new. He was extremely professional and held the door open for us. Stayed in one of their King suites with a 2 person whirlpool. Room was overly large and spacious with a desk and pull out couch. King mattress was newer and very comfortable. Out of all 5 pillows included none were adequate. No matter which Choice Hotel I stay I always try to bring my own. Room had plenty of bright white lighting. Towels were nice quality. Soap and shampoo is basic. Whirlpool tub was a bit dated but functional and clean. Caulking around the tub needs replaced and takes away from the visual appearance, notified the front desk so hopefully they replace during renovation. The location feels safe with high power LED flood lights in the parking lot and working locked side doors.

Let me explain my experience here . We arrived on a Saturday family of 4 . Check in was fine we walked down the hallway and all the carpets were stained and dirty on both floors . We got into our room noticed it was huge and looked good but then seen the kitchenette and it was dirty it had rice left on the stove top . Second our carpet in our room was dirty as hell . Microwave was a joke kept breaking down . Also my child noticed a very old and dirty bra under the bathroom sink that was left there . If you’re expecting a nice breakfast forget about it and seating is limited to 4 tables to eat from . Last thing to warn anyone that sees they have a pool forget about it because they are closed and covered so that was disappointing. I will and would like to tell everyone I wouldn’t recommend booking at this property. This is to the owner of the hotel . It’s great you did everything to our room very much appreciated but can you tell me which room # I stayed in and as well after that please post the pictures of what you have done thanks .

Sneaky staff member trying to keep my security deposit. Some of the things I was willing to overlook will now be put in my review. My kids and I stayed there 21 days. It was an ok stay. The walls are thin though. A few nights I thought the guests who stayed above us were going to come trough the ceiling. I called to the front desk and nothing was done about the noise. The room has ants and I seen a strange bug. After looking it up I found out it was a bed bug and it stunk when I killed it The hotplate was filthy, but I figured it didn't work so I shrugged it off. Now here's the shady part. We checked out yesterday and all of a sudden today I see where I've been charged $50. So I call back there to see what was the charge for. After being left on hold for 20 minutes the front desk worker tells me it's for an extra cleaning charge and a ripped couch. Me and my kids took trash out and one thing I always do is record when I check in and before I check out. I would tell everyone to do the same thing so there will be no funny business. Plus, I was kinda warned about it when I checked in. The worker asked me and I quote "are you sure you don't want to pay your deposit in cash? That way you'll get it right back when you check out." Damn, I should've took the hint.I called customer service and let them know I have a video of the room and it's contents when I checked in and before I checked out. I will be calling there tomorrow since the GM wasn't there when we called. Plus I reached out to my bank just in case us calling doesn't help. I was willing to overlook something but please dont play with my money. I am a disabled mother of 3, I need every dime to help me with caring for myself and my kids. Whats so sad is they knew this, and still chose to pull a fast one. They knew had limited funds because I tried to pay half for another week and pay the rest on Friday. You have to be a soulless individual to do this to another person. This may have been a 4 star review had it not been for the noise, bugs, and the attempted theft. We sat in the lobby for almost an hr waiting on an Uber, why not say something about the room then? You waited until it was time for you to leave and took the money out of my account. I will not be paying for anyone's Chinese food lunch. Sorry try that on...

Waited for a hour to get checked into the lobby. I had to call the support line three times during that time period to get help. The worker was asleep in her car, but how was I supposed to know she worked there. When she was finally awoken by her bosses calling her. She came in the lobby asking how long I’ve been waiting and told me she was in her car scrolling through Facebook, but I parked behind her and walked by her car a few times to know that she wasn’t. If she was she would have noticed I was there. She told me I should have knocked on her window because that’s what everyone else does that knows her. But I’m not going to knock on some random car and ask the person asleep in the car if they work there. She asked if I called the 800 number and demanded multiple times that I call them back and insist everything was okay. When her boss called her while she was with me at the desk she lied to them and said that everything was okay and that she was in the back. She had an attitude the entire time and was very unprofessional. The room it’s self was disgusting. I preformed a personal inspection for bed bugs and during that inspection it was clear it was a problem before. You could clearly see evidence of them on the box spring and in the curtains. The bathtub was chipping and was disgusting. In fact the entire room was disgusting. I felt uncomfortable the entire time there often trying to find things to do just I wouldn’t have to be there. The breakfast was decent, but the bad far outweighed a breakfast experience. Horrible hotel that needs to be renovated and the staff retrained on professional and customer satisfaction. Lucky for me and the hotel I will never be back there again. 0 out of 10 if I could make the grading chart. The lady sleeping in her car said that you could see her on the cameras and that she didn’t care. Feel free to look at the entire experience on March 26th, 2024. Time stamped...

The hallway and room carpets are stained black. The TV would not work. I tried everything possible to get a picture and the sound, including checking the wall cable connection, which was broken and hanging out of the wall, and the HDMI inputs. I attempted to phone the front desk only to find the phone not functioning, not even a cord attached. Safety violation. At that point, 10:30 pm, I figured what’s the point and went to sleep. At 02:30am I was woken by a horrible screeching noice. I figured it was the TV doing something or the AC unit. Neither one of these were the problem. After 3 minutes it stopped. I went back to sleep and again at 03:00am it started all over. This time the little.clock radio on the nightstand was the issue. The cord in the back was barely attached and when you moved it it would screech, loudly. Fire hazard. When morning finally arrived I wanted to just shower and leave. Well, that was not pleasant either. The tub backed up so there I stood in nasty calf deep water. I should have guessed that was going to happen when I watched the water drain slow before I got in. After quickly finishing, I was drying off and noticed a peanut butter like substance splattered on the side of the vanity. I quickly threw on clean clothes, packed my stuff and left. ||Yes, I could have gone to the front desk and told them all about it. However, the front desk clerks can’t refund your money or even fix those problems, and just don’t care. With that being said, I did leave a complaint with the corporate office and I’ll even call them. I’m also not checking into this hotel again. I gave up a non refundable night, $1110.00, to stay else where. ||You may check into this hotel and have an absolute wonderful experience. I hope you do. All I know is what went...
