I give this three stars because I came here a few days ago and ladies in their 40's were so sweet, professional, and complementative. however- my husband and i just left the store, because I was excited to show him my new resale shop, and the two young blonde girls were so rude and unprofessional. the shirt I was purchasing was a free people shirt, and i know the style because I've seen it brand new in person before. it has little strings, apart of the style, which is fine, and cute. but there were also stings pulled at the end of the sleeve that were coming from the inseam of the bottom of the sleeve that were pulled and some were loose. the shirt was also worn in, as expected, but had been washed many times and so it was more see through, unlike if it were in better condition . i asked if they could lower the price even a little and they went on to explain what brand it is and said, "that's just Free People, it's a brand and that's just the style".. i was already WEARING Free People pants. I'm familiar with the style. no discount or anything. overpriced for the condition. however, bc I still loved it i still bought it. then afterwards I went to check on our food reservation and they were rude to my friendly husband at checkout. so unimpressed. they also were on their phones the whole time and never welcomed us when we walked in and didn't talk to any customers, just chatted with eachother. but probably won't be shopping here again.

Went in with my friend to shop for her birthday outfit, but we didn’t end up finding anything and left. When we were getting into our car the employee was recording us. I’m assuming she thought two Hispanic girls “stole” You guys can gladly check the cameras, we didn't. We felt very uncomfortable and disgusted with this behavior. Never coming again.

Edit - I understand that you may not believe my friend and I, but we witnessed your employee recording us. We parked right in front of the store and saw her point her phone right at us from the door, she went so far as to even keep recording us when we pulled out of the lot. It's so upsetting that you are trying to gaslight us from this awful experience. As you are aware we didn’t steal anything so we didn’t feel the need to confront the employee since you have all those cameras; she could hopefully realize that she falsely accused us.

Try using your “people skills” to work for a better environment because this isn’t it. I hope nobody has to experience what my friend and I went through. You won’t “stand for it” but here you are accusing us of lying. I cannot control your employee's actions but I hope you can help the store have a better reaction next time and take steps on ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and...

Just found this store today! I was waiting to eat next door and they had a rack of clothes outside that were 50% off! I was looking at them and they had good brands for such a great price! Don’t even get me started about the wonderful wreaths hanging on the door. I had to ask where they were from!!!! They had everything from clothing to hand creams and even had adorable displays. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The employees this Saturday morning were so sweet and even complimented my shoes! I didn’t think they would have much of a mens selection, but by golly was I wrong I found the coolest vintage button up Ralph Lauren shirt! They have a huge selection of vintage. The store smelled amazing. Upon checkout the two girls ringing me up were so full of Christmas spirit they insisted to wrap my shirt and it made all the difference.
