Worked here for 5 years through not being paid, shady business practices, harassment and discrimination in the work place. The COO demoted me because he "personally doesn't like" me, his words. They will put you "on call" without pay when they are slow, basically a way for them to skirt around paying you but still have you on standby if they need you. They are replacing American techs with techs from Pakistan and the Philippines, because they can get away with paying them much less, since minimum wage is so much lower in those countries. The COO has openly admitted to not caring about techs and will advise the managers to find a way to put them on "suspension". Which is just a clever way to fire them without having to pay them before payroll. Do NOT waste your time here.
