Absolutely delicious pizza! I have a moderate gluten intolerance, so I normally avoid traditional pizza and eat gluten free. Because the flour is imported from Italy and the ingredients are so fresh, I gave it a try. I felt fine after eating and experienced none of my usual symptoms when I get 'glutened'. An amazing light, fluffy, chewy, delicious crust. The pesto was flavorful and well balanced. The fresh tomatoes were the prefect pop of acid to finish it off....

I got the bartholio American-Italian pizza and my husband got the Cotto and Fungi Classic Italian Pizza Rossa. Both pizzas were SO delicious and light. The owners explained that many of the ingredients are imported from Italy. They also had fresh basil plants inside the van. The owners were super nice and easy to talk to! Overall, the food was delicious, worth the price, the atmosphere was cute, the owners are super approachable and sweet!...

I had a Italian boyfriend and i remember perfectly how the original itlaian pizza smells and test. After many years without testing it, i can say i did recognise it when i tried some of these pizzas. Amazing!! There is no words to express how difficult it's to find a good testure, flavour, and healthy pizza around USA.
