Awesome 5 star experience! Initially we were hesitant about going to Pine Tree Lighting because they were recommended by the builder, and it was a little bit of a distance to drive to their Show Room from home. In addition, we were accustomed to dealling with a local Lighting Company ( and famiiar Sales Person). Fortunately, for us we decided to take the advice of our Builder and Give Pine Tree Lighting a try. What a fantastic experience! The staff was so helpful, and couldn't do enough to help us with our selections. Lindsay, in particular was so well organized. She went room by room and helped us, my wife and I, by getting a feel for what our tastes and likes were. Believe me, our tastes are quite different individually, yet Lindsay was able to combine the information we gave her along with the questions she asked of us to find a mutually outstanding selection for each room, which by the way, more than satisfied us. When all the installations were completed, we actually noticed a theme which Lindsay had secretly constructed. All I can Say is, Wow! The time we spent with their staff as well as the money we saved overall made for a very pleasurable experience; Therefore I highly recommend this store with a definite 5 star...

Disappointing after sales experience at BEST. Spent a great deal of money for light fixtures on a new custom home and had some issues with quality and cracked glass delivered. It's been well over 2 months since contacting our person, we've moved in and no resolution to our problems. Service tech who came out to look and assist was great. He agreed with the quality, took photo's and passed it over to our rep. Pity I can't say the same for our customer consultant. I think after care sales is an issue for her and not her strong point. Great at showing you the product and getting your money. Poor in after sales follow up and communication. Countless emails and the same old response. We had a fabulous experience at Pinetree Lighting, thanks entirely to Ivona! With a new build home and no lighting picked out, we spent 2.5 hours and picked out all lighting for our entire house--indoor and outdoor! We couldn't believe we got all that done and left in a positive mood, haha. Ivona knew exactly what we wanted and made sure we saw all examples before making a decision. We couldn't believe how knowledgeable she was on the products they had in house as well as by order. So happy we placed our large order with them, can't wait to pick them all up!
