Hot dog was good, but the server at the drive thru had a very nasty attitude and seemed almost upset when I ordered 4 hotdogs all different types.
They seemed to rush the interaction which is understandable as it is a drive thru however there was nobody behind me. I get everyone has off days especially when at work but "just getting through the day" attitude sucks when you are ordering food with that person.
The hotdogs were cooked well however the toppings on few seemed to be thrown on without care and most of it was on the side and not even on the dog. Not the biggest inconvenience but the sour attitude of the drive through host did spoil the experience and my chances of returning to this wonderful hotdog spot. If said server reads this review I only hope he realizes he doesn't have to work at a spot he doesn't enjoy and should go and pursue his dreams. Greeting the customer with a fake smile and a hello is the least you can do in a customer oreitented job such as this. But I guess this new generation don't care about professionalism.
Tldr: food was great, but a grouchy...
Read moreToday I stopped into Orion coney express, although I didn’t really “stop in” as it is a walk up or drive thru establishment only. My first take on the restaurant is good, the menu is organized and the pricing is clear. I ordered two flint coney dogs and an order of chili cheese fries. The flint coney dogs were delicious perfect amount of all the fixings, same with the cheese fries. I was able to eat outside at the tables that had an umbrella for shade while you eat, the tables were clean and inviting. Overall I was pleased with the time it took to get my food, (walk up only took about 8 min from the time of ordering.) the taste of the food was also delicious. I would stop here again

Read moreIf you order a double scoop of ice cream make sure it's the same flavor because if it's not they will charge you for two single scoops. Which ends up costing the customer more. When I explained this to the (I'm assuming owner) she was very rude saying "first and foremost, that's not how this works and you can't do that." My suggestion to the business is to put this on your menu that your double scoop can only be one flavor as this is the first time I have ever heard this at any place that sells ice cream. It is misleading and comes off as pretty scammy. This could have been corrected by acknowledging the misunderstanding and not being rude, truly it is the rudeness that got me. For their couple bucks extra that they made in this order, they have lost a repeat customer instead. *also my food is completely cold. I had less than...
