I got the Kiss From a Rose Latte cold with Oatmilk. I got this half sweet (half the rose syrup) and this was delicious... I also asked for less ice (though I am not sure if I got less ice, but it wasn't a lot of ice) This is basically a match latte with rose syrup added. It was such a nice and refreshing drink. Neither the rose nor the matcha was overpowering each other, I love it. I really like a lot of these creations in a coffee shop! Makes drinking coffee fun (a little like boba shops?)

Environment
This is located on a small strip, the same location Ming Bistro is at. There is a couple of street parking, but there is parking in the rear or even if you go a little further there is plenty parking. I can see that parking can get congested on the weekends between Dimsum at ming bistro and coffee at Qreate. The inside is nicely decorated, very modern looking. There are a number of tables and chairs to work. There is a couple of bar area. This is designed to be like a work coffee shop.. But also worried that it can be packed at times... 

Niceness of the staff
Stuper friendly staff and baristas. I can feel the love that was poured into the making of my drink! The person taking my order had the patience to explain the popular items and some of the non-dairy option items, etc.

Dollar
A little sad that Oatmilk sub is $1.00 upcharge.... when will we get to the point where submitting isn't an uncharge... The drink is $5. Quite pricey... For a person that doesn't frequent coffee shops, this is a treat.

This coffee shop has a very minimalist look and style to it which I can appreciate as a student since there isn't too much going on decor/color wise or noise wise to distract me. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they've described the drinks they offer or can create for you with incredible accuracy. I came in not knowing what to get, asked the guy at the counter a bunch of questions and we finally decided on something "refreshing, somewhat sweet, and lighter on the caffeine side with an earthy taste" the drink presented to me was EXACTLY as described and delicious. The main reason I came here is they have alot of seating available with plenty of outlets available for students to hunker down and study at in addition to the larger tables available for groups. This is nice since these little 2 person tables against the walls are the perfect size and take up less space. They also stay open later than the other coffee shops in the area.

Pros: great quality of coffee and drinks, (IMO much better than lineage coffee and more reasonably priced). Lots of free seating and outlets. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Cons: the only issue is occassionally the music played can either be too loud or something that isn't a nice mellow ambient track as those are preferred since I come here to study. The song currently playing thats taking about "birds and bees " is pretty bad to the point where it's just...
