This is my family’s go-to place for hair coloring and haircuts, we live in Tampa and it is so worth it driving two hours. No joke. The first time we discovered this gem, it was recommended it to me by one of my friends. It was a few months ago and they are so meticulous and careful with each service they provide. I was extremely nervous because the last place messed it up completely, my hair was dry and the color wasn’t right. They are also very considerate, when I first went in for a hair coloring, I explained to my stylist what I wanted and showed them some pictures but because of how my hair was from the last place, they explained an alternative and noticed how nervous I was still. So they said we can dye a small part of my hair and if I didn’t like it we can try another color. After I saw the color, I knew my stylist nailed it. It was exactly what I envisioned and I knew I was going to leave happy. After my hair dye, I decided to get a haircut and they were so careful cutting it. I just wanted a straight cut and thought it would be pretty quick but my hair stylist showed great attention to detail. She even suggested a curtain bang and I was like why not. Let me tell you this, BEST DECISION of my life, I loved it so much. I always get curtain bangs now whenever I go. When I went to checkout and they gave me the pricing, it was so reasonable compared to the last place I went to, I think I paid around $600 only for it to be messed up too :,) I honestly feel like this place is worth every penny, I pay around $60 for a regular haircut in Tampa and my family and I get to take a trip to Orlando. Me and my husband have been in Orlando area since 2018 and we now live in Winter Garden which is 30 minutes away from Art hair studio but this is the only place that we go for our hair. My husband goes there monthly and I go there about every two month for trimming and about every 6 month for coloring and highlighting. The environment is clean and is super welcoming and they do good job on our hair. I just bleached and did Balayage style in end of July, and it is now September, yes the ash color washed off after two month which it is completely normal, however, my hair is still perfect and I’m still loving it. They gave me tips on how to take care of hair and gave me suggestions on what hair products to use when I left the shop, and my hair do feel the same way as before after two months of bleaching it. Highly recommended place!! I’ve updated two pictures of me going back last week (12/23/2023). Black roots came out and it was time to redo it after 1.5 years. I still wanted ash color and this time came out even better than the first time! I was expecting and to be honest, scared to break a bunch of hair by bleaching it but it actually came out to be much less than I thought lol. My girlfriend made an appointment to cut her hair shorter (the first picture where her hand is hovering below her breast) and specified it to the stylist that's how short she wanted it, even pointing it out. The stylist (name is unknown, but she's the only Vietnamese employee) confirmed the length and began to cut her hair way past the length that she had clarified many times before. The stylist reassured my girlfriend and said that "the other strands would be longer" to which she began cutting it even SHORTER. After she had finished, she told my girlfriend that "shorter hair looks good on her".

This stylist had cut someone else's hair for her own enjoyment rather than what the customer asked for. It doesn't just stop at that though. When my girlfriend went to pay, she was pressured to tip for a service that wasn't even close to what she had asked and paid for. You can see with the pictures attached how short the haircut was and the uneven lengths. You're better off going to the closest kindergarten and having one of the kids run your hair with an arts and crafts scissor.
