In writing this review, I am stuck between trying not to be overly harsh but also telling the whole truth of my overall experience ….
I really wanted to love this place. The expectation that is set once you enter this establishment to when you finally sit down to taste the food are two totally different experiences.
It was my very first time here and will probably be my last time.
When entering the restaurant, it is very clean and organized. The staff was great and friendly. There was a very nice man at the front desk taking my order. He stayed busy and took good care of everyone that came in.
I told him that I would be writing a review because I was immediately impressed by him and the presentation of the restaurant.
My opinion overall was solidified by the food….. and THAT is where they dropped the ball BIG TIME.
I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Ramen. I am a RAMEN GIRL and a HOME CHEF so I pay attention to detail with EVERYTHING from beginning to end.
They charged me $12 for this ramen and I have to be 100% honest. That ramen isn’t even worth $3
Imagine being charged $12 for something that tastes like you were handed a quart of hot tap water, with ONE top ramen seasoning packet, and less than 2 ounces of PIECES of cheap chopped shrimp, and other mystery ingredients 🙄🙄🙄 to be frank, I am insulted by this. There was ZERO love put into that dish. It was BLAND, it wasn’t even a broth. It was horrible. And I ended up dumping it I the garbage disposal… YES , it was THAT BAD. And don’t even get me started on the noodles. They are LITERALLY charging $12 for half cooked Top Ramen noodles smh.
I have seen other reviews and think I should’ve just ordered chicken. But how great can your other menu items really be if you can serve that hot mess you served me???? There’s no way!
I have been to PLENTY Pho and Ramen establishments where you can tell the broth took DAYS to make. The noodles are authentic and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were whole and fresh and WORTH $12-$20
You guys really disappointed me. Ramen is definitely be taken off your menu. It’s disrespectful to be real with you. I will never spend another dime...
Read moreThis place is amazing!!! So boom, I moved here from NYC recently, and I've been working on finding new spots of my favorite foods. Korean fried chicken was very high on the list, and a lot of places I went to with chain names from back home were terrible here in Orlando. Nothing like the locations in Korea town. So me and my girlfriend set out on a path to find and try any place that did Korean fried chicken until we found an official spot. On our first try, we found 92 chicken, and it looked official, so we took the 40-minute drive. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing Isaac right away, offering to help us with any info we needed while we made decisions and looked over the menu. He went above and beyond serving us and other customers, making sure we had all the condiments we needed. He gave us a free side dish that paired well with the original chicken, and it was amazing! The chicken, sauce, and fries were made to perfection, so crunchy and juicy. He checked in on every table and really took the time to get to know each and every customer. It started pouring, and he opened his umbrella and walked a young lady to her car. He even gave me a bunch of info on other asain restaurants to visit after I told him I was having a hard time finding authentic places. Definitely take the time to visit and support this establishment. It is well worth it! Thank you so much Isaac, it was nice meeting you and chatting with you. The food was on point and just what we were looking for, we will be seeing you...
Read moreI've been here twice already, and the service + food quality has always been amazing. Keep in mind that this is a small business, and it seems like the owner is mainly doing everything. With that being said, the owner continues to be attentive with his customers and always stop by to ask how everything is. It's literally a one-man running show so even if your food may taste a little odd, then please be a little bit considerate that he's only human. As much as I would love to gatekeep this restaurant, I would love for him to receive an endless amount of support from the Orlando community.
Besides the amazing customer service, I really enjoyed the fried chicken + fries!! I've only tried three different flavors so I'm looking forward to trying their other meals. I highly highly recommend getting the hot pepper flavor unless you don't like spicy food. Do not underestimate their spice so if you can't handle it then don't order it! The other flavor I got was the soy garlic which obviously tasted like sweet soy sauce lol. The reason why I'm saying this is because they have honey garlic which I enjoyed a little bit more (a little hint of spicy). I didn't order it today but my friend ordered the snow onion original chicken and UGH AMAZING! It's literally coleslaw lol I know some people don't like coleslaw but I think it's a perfect pair for...
