On Sunday June 8, 3:34pm I purchased a concrete drum table. I made sure to check all the top edges for damage and it was in perfect condition. (It was in the outlet because of dark marks on the sides, which I knew I could easily remove.) Since it was a heavy piece, I asked if they had a cart for me to wheel it out and maybe someone to help me lift it into my vehicle as a courtesy. The sales associate said he could pick it up himself, which I was not happy about. Upon trying, he realized just how heavy it was and I AGAIN asked for a cart to wheel it out with. He said to just pull my vehicle around and he’d have it curb side for me. I took my smaller pieces to my vehicle and headed curbside. He and another petite associate struggled to lift it into my vehicle and proceeded to scrape my plastics as they tried to shove it in instead of actually lifting it into place. They then immediately left without making sure it was set and I had to adjust it to make room for my tailgate. Judt then I saw the damages to the TOP edges of the table at that point. I was sick to my stomach and left. The table did not shift in transit as I drove the 10 minutes home. Then I looked at it closer and discovered that there were 4 nicks AND a cracked chip in the top of the table— as well as the damages made to my brand new 2025 vehicle that I purchased in January. I paid over $239 for the table. Wilmaree was the Sales clerk who rang me up. I assume the guy who lifted up the table tipped it over to lift it on its side and cracked it against the solid concrete floor when struggling with it while I was moving my vehicle. Really upset that there’s no return policy, especially since there was both damage to my item AND my vehicle. This location JUST opened, and employees don’t...
Read moreWaste of time! Don’t bother unless you desperately want to browse around for funsies. Quality & price do not add up (even with the 50% sale they had! I shop everywhere from article & RH to Ross so I have no problem paying for quality but I’m confused on this being an outlet when the prices are lower online. It got to the point where we were all so audible laughing at the prices, made friends with strangers and went around trying to find the most ridiculously priced item- there was a pillow for $540 that my new friend found. Well glad I checked it out early or else the FOMO would have eaten away at me. I drove 40 minutes, my new friend drove an hour- we both left disappointed but laughed to keep from crying about the waste of time and gas!
Also, why are the tags over art- I’m not buying it but this makes zero sense to destroy the art when you can put the price on the side of the frame at least or the back. This was the only thing that irritated me. Everything else was just...
Read moreI visited the new Wayfair Outlet in Orlando after seeing their grand opening heavily advertised on social media, and I was curious to see what all the hype was about. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed.
We arrived at 2:45 PM, well within their advertised hours of 10 AM to 8 PM, only to be told upon entry that they were closing at 3 PM. That was frustrating, especially after planning our visit based on the posted schedule.
Inside, the store felt chaotic. While there was a large selection of furniture, most pieces were scratched, damaged, or clearly returns, and even at 50% off, many items still felt overpriced for their condition. Honestly, I think you’re better off ordering online and paying a bit more to receive items in new condition.
I really wanted to like this place, but the overall experience just didn’t live up to expectations. Hopefully, they improve the organization and pricing strategy moving forward—but for now, I wouldn’t recommend making a...
