I cannot speak highly enough about my overall experience at Bridal Gallery! 🤍

Every bride deserves an experience where they say yes to the dress, and truly feel like a princess, with advice of expert stylists, who give them an idea of every potential look, with the wedding theme and venue in mind. Thanks to this location, I’m extremely happy to say I finally found my dream dress!

Upon walking in, I was unsure of what I wanted exactly for my special day. As I’m sure many brides are in the exact same boat as I was, understanding what exactly flatters your body type, along with embellishments, designs, and names of styles can be a challenge to figure out on your own. Bridal Gallery alleviated this stress for me entirely, with options, so many unbeatable gorgeous designs, and a staff that wholeheartedly wants to help brides feel beautiful, confident, and stunning on their wedding day!

First, I’ll tell you about my first impression walking in. As soon as I entered, their staff greeted me with a smile, and shared the same excitement I had about my wedding and ideas. They also have a board upon walking in, with the brides names, which was a really exciting and great detail. They were prompt: as soon as my appointment was set to start, they took me to a dressing room, and my stylist (Melissa), asked me questions about my vision, and was enthusiastic and kind. The place here is so clean and pristine, each bride has a pedestal, and extravagant mirror, and are given additional mirrors to see the full effect of the trains in their dress.

This is one of the very few, and rare locations I have visited, where they want you specifically to get the most out of your appointment, without rushing you, or pressing you to select a style that isn’t truly the one. They worked with me, would grab styles that appealed to me, and fully listened to details I said. My idea of a dress was slightly different than traditional, I really always pictured a strapless, tube top bodice. Whenever I went elsewhere, they’d bring out dresses with straps, or sleeves, in a color I didn’t like, but here at Bridal Gallery, as soon as I told my stylist, she brought out the best dresses I have ever seen that matched my desired aesthetic. I also emphasized I always wanted glitter, ivory white, and florals, and I was blown away by how much my stylist entirely acknowledged my wants, then took it upon herself to only retrieve dresses that I’d love, while noting my hard nos.

Another wonderful part of my experience was trying on veils! My stylist took every potential option for my favorite gown that was a match, then let me try them on in the mirror. She even retrieved accessories, and gave advice of hairstyles that would flatter the look! Their veils here are absolutely beautiful and they have anything you could think of: the veil I purchased was extravagant, beaded, and floor length.

After I left, I had a full day of bridal appointments left to go with family in the Orlando area. Let me tell you, all I could think about was my dress at Bridal Gallery, through every other try on. It was unmatched, my dress is the most beautiful, elegant gown a bride could ever picture. Each time I tried on another dress, my family would say, “this just isn’t Bridal Gallery”, and I’d agree.

Lastly, at the end of the day, we did go back to this location to buy my dream gown and veil. This is the best part, as soon as I walked in, the staff remembered I was there earlier, and shared that enthusiastic celebration with me. They walked me through my purchase, gave me a quote, and I was emailed immediately with a time of delivery.

They gave me an “I said yes” sign, which was white font on a wooden canvas. Melissa, my stylist, was happy for me, and took the time to take a variety of pictures of me and my family, both with my dress on, and without. There are also so many gorgeous photo ops here: one especially being a greenery backdrop with lights.

I am BEYOND grateful to have visited the Bridal Gallery Orlando to find the most important gown I will ever wear! I learned of Bridal Gallery actually from my dad who often drives past it for work. This was the first bridal shop I visited on my journey of finding my gown. I stayed open-minded and tried on a little bit of everything with the help of my bridal stylist, Bethany, who was fantastic! My mom and I went on a Sunday afternoon where it was not too busy but with a few other brides trying on. Also they play Disney music on Sundays which really made my first experience so magical. Putting on a wedding gown and seeing yourself in it while Beauty and the Beast comes on...unmatched. Although I was not the only bride there, Bethany and the staff made me feel like I was. I felt so comfortable and everyone was so personable which really helped calm my nerves. I did not walk out with my dress the first time but did shop around to a couple other places for the experience and to narrow down my preferences. Yram, who is the fashion director, encouraged us to have the experience of trying out some other boutiques but ensured that we would come back. And he was right! But truly, the level of service, friendly personalities, and calming environment I experienced at Bridal Gallery Orlando was not comparable! Once I narrowed down what I was looking for for my dress, I called Bridal Gallery Orlando and asked if they had the dress I was looking for and they did and were actually able to accommodate me coming in the next day at 5PM. When I got there, they had the gown pulled for me, helped me create the vision I was going for and it was a done deal! Bethany was there for my second appointment and encouraged me to try different accessories which I would not normally go for but made it fun to explore! As a gal that typically does not like trying on clothes when shopping, Bethany made the experience so fun and seamless! We then popped champagne and celebrated checking this off my lengthy wedding to-do list! On top of that we stayed in my budget!!

For reference on what timing looks like, my wedding is December 2025 and my particular dress is being ordered this month (March) and should be here by August, giving me enough time for any alterations. I also want some customizations that can be done through their on-site seamstresses.

If you are going in blind to wedding dress shopping, or even if you know exactly what you want, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bridal Gallery Orlando! I can honestly say this was my first and last stop on my wedding gown journey and from a place my dad suggested no less!

If you are a bride, do not pass Go. Do not collect $200. Go directly to Bridal Gallery! I was hunting for a 30 year vow renewal gown a little over a month. I visited David's as well as a couple other small boutiques, found several really good gowns and a couple I thought were The One, but there was always something missing. Suffering from fatigue, I was about to take a break, but found myself with some free time and luckily, Bridal Gallery had a Saturday same day appointment available. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt different. The space itself is HUGE, light & airy. Though it was bustling with multiple bridal parties, it didn't feel claustrophobic. The gowns are organized by style and each one seemed more beautiful than the last. Yram was my stylist and he was AMAZING! I've never worked with a man before and now I wish I would have found Bridal Gallery first. It would've saved so much time and frustration. Yram listened to what I had in mind, I showed him a picture of the almost dress, and put myself in his hands. He still encouraged me to pick a few dresses while he made his selections. One by one I tried,and as usual, all my picks were a swing & a miss. Yram was so patient and never made me feel like I was being difficult. By the time I made it to the last gown, Yram's pick, I'd lost hope. Mentally preparing to leave empty handed yet again, I put it on and...It.Was.PERFECT! I couldn't believe the stunning lady in the mirror was me. And as I broke down in menopausal tears, Yram sweetly brought me Kleenex. He also picked out a perfectly matched headpiece and I said YES to both. Yram then discussed all my concerns regarding alterations at length. I never felt rushed and even though there were several other brides around us, he made me feel like the only one in the store. Now, here is the best part. Unbeknownst to me, Yram pulled my Kitty Chen gown from the off-rack section, making my purchase extremely budget friendly. I never thought I could afford something so beautiful and am so thankful I found Bridal Gallery and Yram! Can't wait to return in a few months for alterations. Our daughter is still much too young, but when her day comes, we'll make Bridal Gallery our first stop! Thank you, Yram! You made me feel like a million bucks without having to spend it.
