Terrible employees working here with a disgusting attitude. Shopping for a wedding dress , shoes n fiancĂ©s suit n a spanish lady working the womenâs shoes putting some back on the shelf from a cart kept SLAMMING THE SHOES on the shelf almost sounded she was trying to break them n I waited to see if she was going to stop so that I could keep looking and she kept slamming them all down so my fiancĂ© n I went to the customer service desk to ask for assistance n to report the employees behavior and she too didnât seem to care to much and I asked for a a floor supervisor or a manager n she said that she walked away n I asked if they had another customer service office n said no what youâre looking at is it n that she would go speak to the employee n we walked over there too n I had recorded the entire stunt from the moment I heard second pair of shoes slammed down to walking to service counter n back over to the shoes where n mind you these r heels sheâs slamming so I can just image the shape they might be in now I digress however customer service rep went to employee and she said oh well and shrugged her shoulders n looked back at us n was like ok whatever n the service lady didnât do anything .. WOW JUST WOW .. lost our business n we werenât looking to shop there anyways was just in mall picking up a purchase at Macyâs from online n was like letâs try Dillardâs since my nurse got her dress from Dillardâs but at altamonte. NOTE THIS IS A CLEARANCE DILLARDS N EVERYONE WORKING THEIR LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE ON A VISA WORK PERMIT .. now Iâm not prejudice person by all means cause my last name is Spanish n my children are too . They all seemed like they had very bad attitudes n my motto if your donât like youâre job then quit ! Why make people miserable when youâre miserable.. stay outta the customer service field if youâre terrible with people or have a rotten attitude!    Read moreI went in the store to make a return close to closing time. I asked if it would be possible to make a return really quick, as I would not need to walk around the store I simply need to go to the register. The security guard said she didnât know, so I should ask them. After telling me I have to ask the employees I walk to the entrance of the line. The security guard follows closely behind me, uncomfortably close. I enter the line and the security guard stops at the entrance of the line and just looks at me. I pay no mind to this and just wait to ask an employee. Upon getting to the front of the line everyone in the entire store including the employees is staring at me nervously. Anyone could identify the looks on all the peoples faces as nervousness, and one woman turned around in fear. I assumed it was because I came in close to their closing time but what happened next made me think otherwise. After they let me know that a return isnât possible at their specific location I walked to the exit door where the security guard had been holding the door for everyone. I had seen multiple groups of people exit and she held the door for every single person, then when I was exiting she moved away from the door and moved back to the door to hold it for people when I left. While the customer service wasnât especially bad the environment in the store is not going to make you comfortable, especially if that security guard is there. I also want to make it clear that not being able to return my item was not my issue with the experience. My issue is that the security guard was following me and the employees were not welcoming. One conclusion is that they are closing and they dont want to have another customer, but if the response you give me is not the same as the response you give everyone else there must be...
