I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible team at the Target in Colonial Marketplace on Maguire Blvd. From the management and supervisorial staff to the employees on the floor, it’s clear this location is dedicated to delivering the best possible shopping experience.

The management here has clearly set a high standard for excellent customer service, and it shows. The supervisors are attentive and approachable, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stepping in to assist both staff and customers whenever needed. It’s refreshing to see leadership that’s so hands-on and genuinely invested in the overall experience.

As for the employees, they are equally impressive. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve been polite, professional, and eager to help. Whether I needed assistance finding an item, had a question about a product, or simply observed them interacting with other customers, their dedication and positive attitudes always stood out.

What really sets this location apart is the consistent effort they put into making every customer feel valued. The staff works efficiently to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of environment that makes shopping a pleasure, not a chore.

I purchased an item at a different target location far from my home (went through self checkout. And the door didn’t go off when leaving) Once I got home, I took the item out of the bag with the receipt and threw it away. The next day I go to put on the shirt and noticed the security tag was still attached. Hoping I could save some time, I drove to the nearest target (btw I called several times and no one answered), Showed them my bank statement with purchase and they still told me that they couldn’t remove the security tag without a receipt. I asked if they were able to look up the item with my debit card information and they told me no. I then called the next closest target location near me, spoke with the wonderful manager there who was able to help me and when I got to the store, what do you know… they had me stick my debit card in the machine, scanned the item and they were able to take the tag off for me. Thanks for wasting my time and big thanks for the horrible customer service I received at the customer service desk…. When I asked for a manager she wouldn’t even come out to explain to me why they couldn’t take the tag off… she had the associate come out and repeat what he already told me. “Without proof of purchase we can’t take the tag off.” … if you need some more guidance on how to run a store I’d suggest calling one of your other locations for training… seems like...

I had a weird interaction at Target… so I saw that they had this shelf on clearance and it said 50% off clearance! And so for $40 TV shelf with 50% off wow that’s a good deal. So I lug this big box around the store and when I go to self checkout, it comes out to $40… so I ask the girl at the self checkout about it, and she’s kinda stand-offish. And so I explain that there was a sign for 50% off clearance. And hey it’s $20 I could get off, like it’s worth asking… well she was trying to give me the run around. And she was like “oh it’s already applied!” Well the original price is $130… the ticket is $40 and the kiosk didn’t do any discount… it just said $40 and like baby girl… the math ain’t mathing…. How’s $40 half of $130??? And so it’s already cheap… I already lugged this box around the whole store, I’m still going to buy it, it’s when I ran to go grab a picture, in the fine print it says ticket price as marked. Which ok fine. But like why would you put them under this big 50% off sign? While I was away Xio came over to my partner and was super rude and insulting… like really? It’s NOT that serious… it’s not like it’s coming out of your paycheck? Would it kill you to be a little understanding or at the very least just be decent? Anyways, very weird for a target...
