Panera Bread — Restaurant in Orlando

I recently stopped into this location for a frozen lemonade. The cashier (Alexia) proceeds to ring it up as a soda when I specially asked for a “frozen lemonade”. She tells me that is just how they ring it up. She then proceeds to hand me a cup. Mind you, they made the frozen drinks behind the counter. I hand her a five dollar bill, and she stands there staring at it for about thirty seconds before walking away from the counter in two different directions. I finally ask her what is the problem. She says to me she is making sure the bill that I gave her is real. Are you kidding me??? A female walks up to me and explains to me that they have been receiving fake bills. Okay why not have a marker for that or at least hire someone who isn’t an incompetent individual. I say this also, because after the female manager tells me this, I realized that Alexia somehow thought I wanted a fountain lemonade drink, when I clearly said frozen lemonade the first time. Then I find out they don’t even have the frozen drink anymore. Really? I mean, you couldn’t just tell me that from the get go? I then ask the manager standing next to me, is Alexia new? Her response to me was, “she could be”. Then they tell me they can still make the frozen drink for me but with the agave lemonade. It was disgusting! I was reminded why I haven’t been to Panera Bread in such a long time. Never will I ever come back here. All I expected was good customer service and a refreshing frozen lemonade. Instead, I felt...

Well this was a weird experience! Usually, Panera is good and no problems. This location felt weird inside and the girl at register first told me we couldn't order a salad because the salad bar area was closed down and than after ordering I paid with a $50 bill she said there wasn't enough change in register and just walked away with register open and money on counter! I couldn't believe it and thankfully for her we were honest patrons! I had to tell her though when she came back over what she did and why it wasn't a great idea lol! She seemed confused over why I would tell her this. I just said Good Lord, someone dishonest up here could of wiped your register out & walked away with all the $ without a worry. Than the food was so bad! There was no tuna salad on sandwich (picture included) and my kid's Mac & cheese was dried out. I asked the girl making it for an extra plate and she looked at me with murder on her mind, lol! 2 times I needed to interact with her and I was super polite but she was absolutely rude and without 1 word to me. Just these looks of anger that I was even there! 1 time I asked for an extra plate and than asked for a spoon. She didn't even help me with making Mac & cheese again, the other employee that did...

Very disappointed today with the Panera Bread location at Fashion Square mall... around 345pm we walked over to Panera to grab coffee and an early dinner (the only location to serve food left in the mall) only to find the gate still down, closed, locked while outside it was pouring rain, a hard sideways rain. We tried to get the attention of any employee inside, we did (a young man with a beard) who asked to open the gate to another employee whom we overheard state that it was already down and just leave it closed.??!! There were two other customers besides us wanting to come inside to eat along with at least three women waiting to leave, we waited outside for almost 10 minutes to see if they'd change their mind and open the gate, and still nothing... Just rude to have an interior mall gate closed while it's pouring rain outside and let paying customers Not able to enter without getting seriously soaking wet having to walk outside and around a long corner onto their courtyard door.!!?? Surprising this location is still open with Negative service like this towards paying...
