Glow Getter Studio — Local services in Orlando

My appointment was made on June 24th for a lash lift on July 15th with Stephanie. I received an email that confirmed that my appointment was accepted by the studio. I then got an email on July 12th that my appointment was cancelled and just one short explanation of “not accepting new clients”. This is not mentioned anywhere on the site or Instagram, and they didn’t even have the decency to call. They have a strict cancellation policy but have no issues canceling on their customers as they see fit. I now am left days before an event without my lashes done and no time to find someone else since this studio acted so unprofessionally.

Edited to note: the issue here is not that Stephanie is not taking new clients. The issue is that they let me make an appointment and accepted it. I assume what happened is she waited until another client wanted the spot I had to cancel that way she definitely had an appointment for that time. It shouldn’t have taken almost 3 weeks to let me know my appointment was cancelled if that was just the standard policy. There are plenty of other studios to get a lash lift with and I would recommend any of those...

Absolutely OBSESSED with Glow getter studio. Lyanna provided such a relaxing and fun time. You really are paying for an EXPERIENCE not just a facial. My skin always feels so refreshed and looks amazing after walking out of there. On top of all of that, their location is so gorgeous. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. One of my skincare goals is to reduce dark spots and uneven skin tone and I struggle using sunscreen to further prevent that because I hate the smell and the white cast but Lyanna showed me a sunscreen they have that is so lightweight, doesn’t make me break out, and completely odor free and I was amazed because I have literally tried so many. She really knows what’s up and will make sure you feel satisfied from start to finish. I was blown away by the service Lyanna provides and i walk out feeling so relaxed.
