In 2017 My wife applied for me through her and she always took payment first and then she didn’t work according to her statement what she committed before taking payment however at the NVC stage she took payment first and then she hold all the documents to her more than a month instead of sending the papers to the NVC and then my wife contacted to her and was rude and I also emailed her to get updated that when she gonna send documents to the NVC but she also was rude to me and call my wife and made unacceptable misbehavior Which was really shocking however she sent my documents to the NVC and as it was a CR1 category so submit marriage certificate to NVC is important and vital thing but she didn’t submit our marriage certificate to NVC and as a consequence NVC asked for our marriage and we have had to wait 4 extra weeks to get DQ That’s not the end of her drama she also wrote my name wrongly she wrote my name like fozyal which was really unprofessional and frustrating.
