Ann Marie Ursino and her real estate firm Luna Group is the best of the best in real estate in my opinion. In the past year, Ann Marie and her assistant Karyna Figuero have sold two of our houses. We lived in a beautiful 5,000 square foot estate home on a lake in Lake Nona. We had no intention of selling until our son graduated from high school in three years. That was until Ann Marie told us what price she could get for our house. I told her, “If you can get that price you can put it on the market right now.” We put our house on the market shortly after that conversation and Ann Marie sold it in TWO DAYS, AT FULL PRICE, IN CASH!!! WOW!!! Now we had to find a place to live. We gave Ann Marie our criteria, she showed us a few houses, we chose the one we wanted and bought it for under market value.
