Customer service and sense of urgency has gone done since our last visit. It all started with the cashiers. One walked away after taking the order of the person in front of us, leaving us standing around and waiting. Another employee walked up but was every soft spoken, I couldn’t even hear if she greeted us or not. She rang up the wrong burger and I’ve had to correct my order twice; raising my voice the second time. I found it unusual that they didn’t hand me a number after I’ve ordered, but didn’t think anything of it because my husband was standing by with the receipt if in case they call out our number. Since I’m 34 weeks pregnant, I needed to sit down. Maybe 10 minutes passed and my husband approached me and said they delivered our order to the wrong table. Turns out the cashier gave another family our number. The mother of that family went back to the counter to give our food back and another employee even tried to give us the same tray of food that had already touched their table. Both the mom and I work in Food & Beverage and we both know that is an absolute NO NO. So I had to ask them to remake it. No apologies were given or any sign of empathy. Read moreOn September 18 I bit into a hamburger that cracked one of my crowns in my mouth. I nearly spit the food out and found a very hard material. I went back to the store with the piece of meat. That was the hard material filled out a incident report and was told to call to speak to the owner the next day. After leaving voicemails two days in a row and no response. I finally walked into the store to meet the owner Marcia, who is extremely rude and never apologized or hurt any empathy I asked her when will the insurance company get a hold of me and she repeated three times that they’ll get a hold of you when they get a hold of you. I said, is there a phone number I can call know you’ll get a hold of you when they get a hold of you. I’ve been in pain for eight days. Every time I drink, something hot or cold I can feel the nerve in my mouth. I called Corporate and they said that she is a franchise, and they do not handle franchise, and everything lies and dies with Marcia. Very unprofessional every time I ask her a question she would say the insurance company is going to get a hold of me. I told her she sounds like a robot because she won’t answer any of my questions. Read moreI would absolutely love to know how this place has the rating it has!! Ordered on Uber Eats. Both sandwiches were made wrong, the patties were so overcooked, dry and cold. I spent over $60 on food I couldn't eat because an ingredient I removed from the sandwich was on my sandwich and I am allergic to it!!! The curds were cold as well. Oh and we also ordered 2 concrete mixers, but when order arrived guess what! NO SPOONS!!! How in the world am I supposed to eat that without a spoon ??? I tried to call this restaurant immediately, but the line is busy. I tried calling several times and it's continuously busy. They must have the phone off the hook because they don't want to hear from the upset customers, which must be every person who goes there becauae I can't imagine this ever being good. I want a refund for the inedible food!!! I will follow up with the location tomorrow or I will dispute the charge because I certainly did not receive what I ordered. Oh and BTW, I called the other 2 locations in the general vicinity, and they both answered the phone for me. So, it's this location. Our stomachs are already hurting from the food we were able to eat!!!!!...
