if I could give this place 6 stars, I would! to say this place is the most accommodating, welcoming, and comfortable facility my husband has ever stayed in is an understatement. while the reasoning for our stay is scary, the staff always made us feel heard, understood, and comfortable. we live over 4 hours away and they were able to get us in a day early to help us avoid Hurricane Debby which was absolutely incredible.

during our stay, every single nurse, tech, and staff members were so incredibly nice. the manager came and checked on us daily to make sure we were having a nice stay and always asked if there was anyway she could help. the NP we saw was beyond amazing as well. shoutout to Nancy, Mike, Feline, and Gayla!

They will not warn you but you can be left with 12 or even more burned scabs on your forehead and cheeks from these wires on your face for 5 days. Each scab can be like .5 to an inch. Update I was left with scabs covering my scalp, red wounds on my face, back and shoulder. After over 3 weeks of healing I’m left with 4 noticeable large red spots on my face and a large one on my shoulder. I’m spending more of my own money getting laser facial treatments to erase the damage the Orlando Epilepsy Center left on my skin. When noticing irritation they should move all the electrodes instead of leaving them to do more damage to the same spots or waiting for the patient to ask to move them due to itching and burning. Terrible experience and left with long lasting...

Best care I have EVER received. Everybody I came in contact with was EXTREMELY sweet and accommodating, I was well cared for. I was nervous to come here because of past experiences with hospitals- but everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. It is amazingly clean, every morning someone comes to clean and restock, throughout the day someone will come to take your trash and make sure you have everything you need. There was times I was having a hard time with the tests, yet everyone was patient and reassuring. The Nurse practitioner also helped me to get out as early as I could so my husband could get me and still have time to get to work.
