I freaking love this location! This is the only fire house subs I will goto ! I do not care how far away in the city I live! Every time I go, in, Ms. Page annd Ms Elena are always SO VERY KIND. THEY EVEN CALL ME BY MY NAME!!! Overall, the entire staff treats me with such amazing respect! The greatest team Firehouse could ever have.!! Miss Tilley, Miss Trinity, Mr. Josh, the little surfer kid with neck length hair he is also also incredible!! There are so many other employees that I don’t know by name, but also deserve recognition. They treat you like absolute family.!!!!!The food is ALWAYS AMAZING!!! . Perfect!! Read moreThe management was rude and inconsiderate of customers and their children that environment was not friendly and on all accounts was poor experience at best. My wife went in there during lunch with my children and my 4 year old daughter dropped a sub on the floor and My wife asked for a new one and they agreed to replace but then tried to charged her for it, after the fact. My wife told them they can keep it and my daughter sat there crying because of their lack of customer service and sneakiness to try to charge. All this took place with the crowded dining room in front of other customers. The GM Kelly needs to fine a new line of work.
