Update: the owners response was I waited a month to come in. even if that was true does that make the phone not work? is there an expiration date on the screen? wow! well good news is my phone is fixed!! went to an ubreakifix store and they fixed the issue within 10 minutes. I'm still shocked at the fact he can respond to my google review but not call me to see what was wrong or open the store on a Saturday to service a customer that paid over 170!! please do not go here , they seem nice but are cutting corners unfortunately.
I was referred here by a friend. However, I wish she would have kept the referral to her self. I have been here 3 times now and my phone is still not fixed. the first time getting the screen change i could tell the screen was not the same quality. he said oh well if you want an iPhone screen it cost $170. i said okay i just want my phone to its original screen and he should have mentioned that prior. i return once he supposedly has this iPhone screen. he puts on another screen that again you can tell is not the original and he says oh well this is the premium screen and the iPhone screen you have to order. i said well why would you change it if you didn't have the screen i paid 170 for an iPhone original screen. he says he will cal me when it comes in. the screen comes in it gets changed looks fine after changing i get home and now the screen will not work!! and best news they are closed on a SATURDAY! there voicemail is not set up so i cant even leave a message. and i would call him directly but i cant get into my phone to get the number, i have been using google call from my computer to communicate with people. i am a business owner and this is costing me a lot to not be able to carry out my work. i think a small claims court and finding a new company will resolve the issue. they have had 3 chances and each time they have been trying to get over on me and i bet this isn't even an original iPhone screen. worst iPhone repair ever. Oh and to fix my phone at an apple store is 120 he charged me 170....
Read moreI have a Wacom Cintiq 22HD; it's imperative to my work flow, and also about 8 years old. The display blew about a week ago, which is common for these drawing tablets, and I had no idea what I was going to do; a new one runs about $2,000. My brother was able to diagnose the problem by watching some YouTube videos, and purchased the display board parts I needed online for about $20. Then, we took the screen and parts to TopQualityFix, who replaced them in a few hours, and then... voila! My Cintiq was totally fixed for less than $150 total!
Can't express how grateful I am for their help. This repair shop is able to do much more than just fix phones; if you need component level work, they can't be beat. They were very kind, understanding, and helpful. Literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you...
Read moreI brought my MacBook Pro here because of its great reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The gentleman diagnosed my problem within 30 seconds of my entering the front door. He didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and quoted me a very low price to fix the computer. He said further that if his proposed solution didn't do the trick, there would be no charge at all. He fixed my computer within a day and it works great. This is the best experience I've had with a computer repair shop (and I've unfortunately been to many).
P.S. As a customer service bonus, the gentleman offered to keep the store open past its usual closing time to ensure I could pick up my computer after work. I would love to see a Best Buy offer that...
