Johnny Was — Local services in Oro Valley

I love the products but unfortunately the Johnny Was website customer service is the WORST I have encountered in recent memory. There is NO assistance. I ordered a jacket from the website that was a final sale. When I opened the box, there was a badly worn and frayed jacket. This was June 11th. I called and emailed the company that same week. On August 18th I received an email from Johnny Was apologizing for getting back to me in an untimely matter blaming the Corona Virus AND DID NOT ADDRESS MY ISSUE OF THE WORN JACKET THEY SENT ME! I took the jacket to the Tucson store in early July 2020, the manager did not even look at it and refused to discuss my returning it. I would not recommend ordering anything from the website. See the product in person as their sizes run very big. Be very careful buying from this...
