After seeing so many 'Excellent' reviews, we thought we'd ck it out. When we showed up, the employee saw us but was talking on her personal cell phone and told us to wait. After a little while, the employee came and took our order. She brought out my husband's drink but not mine and also didn't bring out the chips & salsa. Her boyfriend or husband showed up and asked if she was able to leave and a minute later she left while still looking at her cell phone and texting. About 15 - 20 minutes later when our food was ready, a lady from the kitchen brought out our food and realized the 1st employee who already left never brought my drink or the chips / salsa. She brought our missing things out. The food was quite good. We had an enchilada, chille relleno, and tamales. If we lived in the area we might consider calling in an order for pick up but wouldn't return to eat in; mostly because of that 1st employee who was more interested in living her personal life while doing her job...
Read moreNice people and great food. You get a free food item after ten purchases just don't tell them your using the freebie until after they make it aka if your using the freebie call it in so it's made prior to you getting there. If you walk in then they want the money up front and well you will be using the freebie card and they do not hook up the food at all. I ordered food last night here and when I got my burrito I couldn't even eat the entire thing it was so full. Last time, I used my freebie card and told them this over the phone. Got there and looked like I was getting a Taco Bell burrito to be completely honest. Nice people and great food but to me that's not really I'd say right to the customer but that's just my opinion. Burrito cost me like 15 bucks. So 15 times 10, that's $150.00 bucks so idk you be the judge on if the freebie should be equal to as if you were paying cash. I personally believe it should but everyone is entitled to their...
Read moreA RICELESS MIRACLE. A BEAN & CHEESE MASTERPIECE. Today, something incredible happened. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito—and they didn’t put rice in it. I know. Take a moment. Let that sink in. This wasn’t just food. This was a culinary triumph. A bold act of restraint. A celebration of simplicity. For once, someone behind the counter said, “No. This burrito doesn’t need rice. It has a purpose.” I want to personally thank the entire team who made this happen—the visionary who took my order, the burrito architect in the kitchen, the unsung tortilla warmer. You are heroes. You are artists. You have restored my faith in bean and cheese. They’ve put rice in my burrito before, sure. But not today. Today, they chose a better path. And for that, I will return again and again, with hope in my heart and hunger in my soul. This isn’t just a review. It’s a thank-you letter....
