I came to this Tmobile due to the fact that my friends worked here. DO NOT go to this store!!!!! When I switched from sprint, Dominic told me everything will be taken care of and your form will be submitted. When sprint charged me 523.25, I went in and spoke with another rep. “I can’t handle this because I didn’t set up the account” got this several times till I finnaly had to call into work and cancel so I could deal with this issue. Dominic NEVER submitted my from, and for the 2 weeks I came in (about 2-3 times a week) I was told it was submitted, when I called in and asked they had no record of it. The only way I was able to resolve this issue was to call into corporate and ask to speak with a manager. When all was said and done, I revisited this store, spoke with the manager, and was told “you got your $523.25 back, we can’t help you, get out!” So I called back in and explained what happend. Tyrasin at that time, helped comp me for the pain and struggle the Oroville store put me threw! IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE, CHECK UP TWICE A DAY!!! My mom’s English is not that great, some how the employee convinced my mom that the money will be added to her bill every month. This happened last year and she didn’t even realize it until she tried to cancel her plan and was told there’s still a balance on her phone which was supposed to already been paid off. Another event happened when she went in the store and was told she had a free promotion for two kids synce up watch. All she had to do was pay for it to be activated and taxes. Later on she found out that the watch was not free because her bill went up. Customer service told her she’s paying for the watch monthly and they added insurance to the watch without my mom’s knowledge. That’s why her bill was so high.
