If i could leave a -100 I would. I'm from Chicago, visiting friends. Unfortunately, my delta 2 tank quit working. I needed one so I stopped in blaze n Jay's to purchase a new one. The manager helped me pick a new one. I got back to the hotel, filled up the tank and thought all was good. Later I went out and i put in my purse. I went to vape and found that the top was missing and all of the juice had leaked out. Ok, I figured that I didn't tighten the top enough. I put more juice in it and put the top back on. It happened again and I realized that the top wouldn't tighten. Well within 24 hours I stopped back in to see what was going on with it. Zack told me to put the other o-ring that came in the package. I replaced it and had the same problem. I went back and Zach told me that there were no refunds or exchanges. Then he told me that I had to come back tues to talk to the manager. I told him that I was going back to Chicago in the morning. I had to say it three times because he kept telling me to come back tues. He called the manager to ask what to do. The manager told him that it was fine when he sold it to me on Friday Sept 11, 2020. So they insinuated that I broke it. Even if I had dropped it (which I didnt) it shouldn't have broken. Zack told me that it was a manufacturer defect and it wasn't there fault. They would have to send it back to the manufacturer. I asked if they could ship the new one back to me. Zack told me that they do not ship. Curiously they have an on-line shop.. when you buy a product how do they get it to the buyer?? hmmm? t is a manufacturer defect, however blaze n jays sell products that they won't stand behind. When i come to town again, I will never stop there and I recommend that others don't purchase products from them. I paid $45 for the tank that they will not exchange. Now I'm out $45 dollars and have a pos that is defective. BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BLAZE N JAYS IN OROVILLE, CA. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND...

The open friendly atmosphere make shopping comfortable, and the product variety not focused on tobacco is refreshing with art, tye dye and unique clothing, and an amazing variety of different types of marijuana consumption products - all with knowledgeable customer service staff to help you get exactly what you need. Locally American made Pyrex glass pipes in beautiful varieties of design and color than additionally are "unbreakable" is real treat and just seeing the lovely glass art is worth the trip alone. Finding a "cheap" pipe will be challenging, but for a quality product or an unusual one at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Definitely a place to shop for gifts for your pothead friends, but it will be hard not picking up something for yourself...

Love this store. Wish they had a bigger variety of glass pieces, and more apparel. Staff are pretty knowledgeable. Prices are a bit steep though they're glass is thick and made from "pyrex" it still breaks just as easily as regular glass but for a much higer price. All the water pipes look the same just different colors. All the carbs are to one side only. So if your a lefty or a righty they dont care. The carbs on every pipe are on one side. I know im picky but i like my crb on the opposite side they have theirs. Great little place to check out other than that. Check it out! No other place...
