I went into the store this evening, (7/5/2020) I was immediately greeted by Juan. He asked me what I was looking for & I explained to him that I had recently been in a car accident, so Iāve had a lot of pain & needed a new mattress. Juan listened to me very closely & made it his mission to find me the PERFECT bed at the price range I needed to work within. He spent at least 30 minutes showing me each option & making sure I tested them appropriately. He really wanted me to have what I wanted. After I selected the perfect mattress, he spent another 30 minutes finding me the BEST price. Juan is a GEM & I so appreciate him. Thank you, Juan. I canāt wait to pick up my new, comfy, perfect bed! UPDATE: 7/20/2020 I was just contacted by Juan, he informed me that my mattress & foundation are in. I had been in contact with the store, 1 week prior to inform them that there was a problem with my Unemployment & there would be a delay in picking up the mattress. Instead of LISTENING to me, I keep getting phone calls asking for a ādateā that I will pick up. I informed Juan that I āwanted that information more than he did.ā Juan continued to argue with me back & forth. I finally told him to give me a refund & that I will go elsewhere. Juan then informed me that ādue to Covid, that will take at least 10 days.ā I reminded Juan that I am in sales as well, and since I put a down payment & received no merchandise, it is my privilege to choose where I spend my money & insisted that he give me my money back. I asked to speak to the manager, he then informed me that āthatās meā. I would just like to point out that the ONLY thing that is MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SALE, is HOW YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMER. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was our second visit to the store. The first time my wife and I just window shopped to get an idea of what kind of mattress we wanted since they can be a bit expensive.
Then we came back today because they had a sign out advertising a sale. We had the same salesman help us both times (David Donez). We told him what we liked about the mattresses we looked at last time, and let him know what our budget was.
He took that information and showed us a few mattresses. Had us lay on them for a while and try different firmness levels and brands, while asking us questions about our sleeping patterns. He helped us settle on something in our price range and told us we could lock in the sale price if we were able to put a little money down before it ended on the 13th.
So my wife and I decided we could put 400 down that day since she just got paid, and we plan on coming back by the beginning of next month to finish buying our first brand new mattress.
I'm sorry if this review went on too long, but I wanted to leave a good review because we got so much help from start to finish on this process and I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate everything they did.
I've been wanting to get a new mattress for a while because I've been sleeping on a hand-me-down for a while now, and it's been uncomfortable for us. But I also wanted to make sure that I bought the right one since mattresses cost several hundred dollars even on the cheap end, and I was afraid of ending up with buyers remorse if I bought one that I didn't end up liking in the long run, but I feel confident that David helped me avoid that problem, especially since I was told they have lots of guarantees and warranties to help me know that if I end up unsatisfied or something goes wrong with the mattress I won't be stuck with one I'm not happy with.

He was so surprised and said since your friend is buying a mattress you will qualify for a family and friends discount. I am on an extremely tight budget because I am disabled and didn't think he would be able to make me a deal but he ended up getting me an amazing deal on one of their most luxurious models! I still can't believe my good fortune! I never thought I would ever be able to afford a "fancy" mattress. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and when I laid on the mattress it was the first time in years that my pain eased. I seriously believe the attitude of the staff here is about offering true full customer service and I suggest you really go in and talk to them if you are even just thinking about getting a mattress.
