*UPDATED TO ADD POST SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE: When we purchased our furniture on June 10, we were told the earliest delievery available would be aprox June 21, or if we wanted we could pick up our sofa that day at the Camdenton warehouse. We decided to pick up the sofa and paid to have our 2 recliners delivered, and were told we would receive a call 24 hrs before they were delivered. Fawn called the warehouse to make them aware we were coming. Once we got to the warehouse, a 35 min drive, we were told that the sofa they had there was damaged. They weren't sure why it hadn't been entered into the system as damaged, but it shouldnt have been sold to us. They said there was one coming in the next day though that we could pick up. We made the trip the next day and picked the sofa up with no issues. June 21 came and went and we hadn't received a call about the recliners. I called Ashley Homestore to inquire on a delivery date and then was told to call back mid July bc the recliners were on backorder. I called back mid July and was told to expect them by the end of the month. At the end of the month I called and was told they were shipping on Aug 19 and I would have them 3-5 days after. On Aug 26 I called to check the status and was told they had just shipped that day and I should have them in my possesion by Sept 4th or 5th. We were just called today and were told delivery will be September 9th. That being said, I love the couch and am sure I'll love the recliners if we ever get them! Lol.

Read moreSINCE I CANT CREATE A NEW REVIEW I'M ADDING THE ISSUE WITH THE OTTOMAN I ORDERED 29 NOV 2021 TO MATCH THE SECTIONAL. IT HAS BEEN "DELAYED" AGAIN. NOW THEY'RE TRLLING ME IT IS EXPECTED TO SHIP 3 APRIL. NO ONE HAS KEPT ME POSTED ON ANY OF MY PURCHASES. I ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL THE STORE FOR UPDATES. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THE OSAGE BEACH STORE.
UPDATE: shortly after I posted my review I received a call from Jaden from the service department. She contacted a local carpet cleaner who was able to come out today. The carpet looks great and I'm happy Ashley's rectified the issue. I do hope Ashley's will work on a more timely delivery in the future.
I purchased a 3 piece sectional and king size bed on 22 November 2020 and was told delivery would be end of January 2021. The bed and 1 piece of the sectional was delivered 23 February 2021, but the other 2 pieces were not. The 2 guys that delivered my furniture tracked mud on my brand new carpet (Installed 11 Jan 2021) and when I called the store to check on my missing sectional pieces I informed the woman (Jan) of the mess on my carpet. She said she'd give my info to the service department at corporate and I should expect an email. Its been over a week and I've heard nothing. As for the other 2 pieces of my sectional she said they were in. I asked if they would deliver them the next day...I don't know, but I would think it should take priority! Nope, she had to check the calendar for the next available. It's 3 March 2021 and they were just delivered. The mess on my carpet has never been addressed. Read moreWould give a zero if I could. My nightmare started April 21st. I purchased furniture online through this company but after finding out shipping was nearly 2 months I canceled the order. I decided to buy something off the showroom and that was delivered the very next weekend. Although I'm satisfied with the furniture my nightmare is the fact they still charged me for the original order.. They debited the money back after I canceled the first time but then a month later they charged my card again for it.. It's been a week and I can't get a hold of anyone through their online support line, everytine I call I'm on hold for 15 minutes then told to leave a message and they will return the call within 72 hours to 96 hours.. It's been a week. I called the store 3 days straight to be told the person in charge of that is not in.. I was also told they would call me back.. Today after 6 days and no call back I called the store and was greeted with "hello can I get your name and number and I'll call you back".. That was an hour ago.. I feel their customer service once you've purchased from them is nearly non existant. Atm I'm out nearly 700 dollars for furniture I never recieved and atm probably going to return the furniture I did receive..
